Stunning apartment, designer renovation, made with soul and for people. Warm floors made of high-quality laminate, modern furniture, orthopedic mattress, comfortable pillows. The kitchen has a refrigerator and everything you need for cooking and eating. All windows have electric blinds and mosquito nets, modern air conditioning. Large balcony-terrace with furniture, offering stunning views of the sea and the island. The apartment is always clean, towels are changed every two days and cleaned. There is a private parking lot near the house, a 50 grocery supermarket nearby, and a cafe right next door where you can eat delicious and inexpensive food. Petrovac Beach is a 3-5 minute walk away, where there is a chain of cafes and restaurants on the promenade and live music in the evening. Lucica Beach is a 10-15 minute walk away, past sports fields, tennis courts, and playgrounds. There are also inexpensive cafes and restaurants there. Paraziche Beach is 30-35 minutes away along a small road above the sea, which offers unforgettable views of the sea, mountains, and forest. The apartments are conveniently located in the center of town, in a very quiet area, yet close to everything. And most importantly, the owner of the house, Milo, is hospitable, friendly, and intelligent. It feels like visiting an old friend you haven't seen in a long time. Milo told us how to get to various beaches and historical sights, where to have a delicious and inexpensive lunch, etc. Milo is a sportsman, and we went with him on his kayak to all the bays and islands in the area, which was very interesting. He took us to see the monasteries near the city. Petrovac is an ancient historical city. The vacation was wonderful, Petrovac was unforgettable, and the host and his house were excellent. We had some very comfortable and nice couple of nights at Perla apartments. It's a completely new building and the apartment looks like the pictures, clean with all the amenities you would need, big balcony with a view and private parking, very important in Petrovac. Everything is close by, the beaches, the promenade with cafes and restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot and a supermarket is just around the corner. Milo, the owner, is very hospitable, proactive and helpful with anything one needs. Highly recommended! Ευχαριστούμε για τη φιλοξενία!

I recently stayed at Perla and had a truly delightful experience. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from the bus station in a peaceful neighborhood. Despite its quiet setting, it’s incredibly convenient for reaching the central beach and the promenade, which are just a short stroll away. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, making it a pleasant place to stay. Everything inside is new and well-maintained, from the modern furniture to the appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Additionally, the balcony was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. The overall comfort and cleanliness of the apartment made it feel like a home away from home. The host is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had during our stay. The hospitality made our experience even better.

The only thing to point out is that there is no elevator in the building. Of course, the host can't really do something about this and for us, it was no problem to go up 3-4 floors by stairs, but I can imagine that for some people this could be important.

The kindness and helpfulness of the host contributed to an excellent stay for us at this nice apartment. It was always possible to reach him and he knows the surrounding area thoroughly, which for example gave us the opportunity to visit nicer beaches with less tourists compared to Petrovac beach.

Fabulous apartments, the host Milo is very communicative, kind and helpful for everything. The whole building is brand new, it smells brand new everything. Very spatious apartments with big balcony, very safe and quiet building, air conditioner in every room, big bedroom with very comfortable bed mattress and pillows, very equiped kitchen and free parking available on the property. Location is perfect. It feels like home. Definetely going back again. We recommend this to everyone.

For us it was not a problem (mid 40s) but it can be an issue for elderly people that there is no elevator in the house and the apartments are on the 3rd and 4th floor.

Our airconditioned studio apartment was on the 4th floor of a brand nwe building. The location of the house is very good, close to Petrovac beach and Lucice beach. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice balkony with seaview. We also had a free parking place for our apartment. The owner Milo and his family was very communicative, friendly and helpfull duringvthe reservation and our stay so we can truly recommend the Perla Apartments in the beautuful Petrovac.
