Great location , by the sea and promenade

The bad was creaking all the time and was impossible to sleep for 3 days. We asked for changing the room but they were full. I read about this problem in the booking revues and though the owner solved it , but they didn't. No cleaning staff during the whole stay for 3 days

This was a wonderful apartment. We traveled with 5 people (2 kids) so spatious apartment was for us a must. Not many though above 60m2 out there in Herzeg Novi so this was ideal for us. The location is perfect with stunning view from balcony of the herzeg novi (especially during night) there multiple beaches available even the sand one is not far away. Just beneth apartment there is a great restaurant which we frequently visited (recommended by google/trip advisor and worth it) there are shops & pharmacy nearby so basically you have everything you need for a chill vacation. There is cutlery available and basically the kitchen is well equiped. The bathroom was nice although some watter was dripoing from shower (finding its way nicely to drainage crate so no problem). Beds are big and quite cozy and generally nicely done and spatious. If I would be coming back to Herzeg Novi with bigger group this will be for sure a place to stay for me.

Nothing on my trip. Just word of advice as balcony is facing main coastal pavement we heard some comment that during peak seasons it can be quite livelu till late night (read - loud). We were traveling end of september so it was peace and quiet as near end of turist season but in Jul/Aug I can easily imagine how many people can be there and hopefully the doors/windows are soundproof enough (which they seem like they are because music from restaurants did not bother us.)

It was clean and modern with all the amenities needed. Good location a bit away from the main city; but shopping and restaurants are close by. It’s a short walk to old town on the beautiful promenade. The apartment has a front desk person that is super helpful. She booked us a car to the airport that was better and cheaper than what we could find online.

Nothing.

We loved the appartment. It is very clean and they change towels every day. The hosts were pleasant and the building wasn't too much noisy. Everything you need for a short stay.

Location and view! It is a big apartment, good for the family.

Lack of hot water. It was enough for only 3 people to shower quickly; others had to wait. Tiny fridge without freezer. No microwave and coffee maker. Dirty and stained furniture.

An Amazing, big and clean apartment. Easy and efficient communication with the property. I do advise booking a transfer with them as the transportation is not very easy (especially if you arrive from Dubrovnik airport). Everyday service: towels change and waste Thank you

Personally I didn’t like a lot the area of Igalo where the hotel is located. If you don’t have a car, it could be challenging to walk everyday to the city center (around 40 minutes)

Lokacija, udobnost, ljubaznost osoblja, cistoca sto zgrade sto apartmana… sve je bilo na ozbiljnom nivou. Preljubazno smo docekani, apartman uredan, cist i rashladjen, terasa prostrana, gospodje koje ciste apartman su dolazile svaki dan da menjaju peskire i iznose smece i takodje preljubazne. Usluga na vrhunskom nivou, dobijate hotelsku uslugu u privatnim apartmanima

We stayed at the top floor 100m2 apartment right on the beach boulevard (not part of the main building). The most perfect location for our family! Gorgeous views on the bay from both balconies. All bars, restaurants, shops are right at your doorstep. Almost no street noise, but rather a friendly buzz. The best aspect of our stay however was the extremely friendly and helpful receptionist/concierge of the place. Excellent communication via WhatsApp from the day before our arrival. With genuine hospitality she provided us in person with the best tips on where to go, what to do, where to eat, where to rent a boat, etc. All in all, highly recommended!
