Car parking is problem. There is a parking under the hotel but it is not comfortable. The hotel’s parking lot wasn’t good, it was quite narrow. Honestly, it’s not worth €10 per night.

The staff is extremely friendly and always at your service. The young lady who is at reception so kind and cheerfully. The room is clean, with a good view and is comfortable. The breakfast was standard(enough for me). Location is good for beach and a closed to city center via car(5-7 minutes)

Only one lamp close to the bed. On the main road, which is crowded and noisy. So we had to close the window, and could not stay a long time on the terrace.

Parking situation, traffic nose and apartment comes with a stove but nothing to cook with - no crockery or cutlery so cooking is not possible.

Good location for the beach. No parking spaces available in the hotel but the friendly staff happily organised one for us. The parking situation in the whole area is a very congested be warned and the hotel is a major road. Breakfast was fine for but not buffet style.

The bed headboard was very uncomfortable. And bathroom needs some shelfs (for shampoo, shower gel) and hooks for towels.

I like location (in front of Hotel Splendid) and not so big price for summer.

There was not any hanger in the bathroom, no body lotion. Only one type of bread and not the best one. If you want to attract more tourists, the hotel owner should take all comments into consideration and try all the best to retain these girls (personnel) who filled out all the gaps :)

First of all I would like to emphasise great supportive and nice personnel who met us with a great smile and all ten days support us with any issues! Great location, easy to reach beach (5 min), bus station, restaurant, market, pastry etc.

*We had a scare where there was a random unknown man knocking at the room door for about 15 mins even after we told him he had the wrong wrong. He sounded intoxicated and refused to leave. (Scary experience). The Hotel staff apologised. *There was no intercom to call reception as this incidence was happening so i felt stuck with just hopes that he would leave *It had a kitchenette with no utensils to cook.

Noise from the road is super strong that’s why you need to keep door closed all the time. There are not shelves or hooks in the bathroom so there is no place to put your stuff except for the sink. There is small kitchen with the stove but you will not have a dish to cook or to warm up your food. There are 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 saucers, cezve and 1! tea spoon. Some sockets didn’t work

Location is convenient (5 mins to the beach using stairs but you can escape them and choose another way which will take 7-10 mins), room was clean. Cleaning and towel’s changing was done on a daily basis. Temperature in the room was comfortable without using AC. Breakfasts were okay. The stuff are friendly and helpful. Good place for a short-term stay. Perfect for a single traveler, might be tight for two people.

The parking lot was terrible, once you have parked, of course if you are lucky to find a free parking lot, since there are only 6,7, I think, it is hardly possible that you will go anywhere by car until the end of your stay since the garage is hard to access and the parking lots are so narrow. Moreover, there is an extra charge for the parking lot, 5 e a day, which is overpriced and no one tells you in advance. We made a reservation on Booking, and we paid 10e more on check out, we do not know why.

No parking available, although the description was saying parking is provided. Upon coming, we had difficulties in terms of where to leave the car. Eventually, the receptionist explained that at times there were available parking spots in their very small basement garage which they even charge eur 10 per day. That was not given in the description. Of course, no parking spots were then available in the hotel, so it took us plenty of time to find available parking area nearby.

Friendly and welcoming receptionist! They really did meet some of our small demands.

That we had to leave - the hotel capacities were full, and we didn't want to stay anywhere else.

We loved everything - hospitality, professionalism, cleanliness, food, comfortable accommodation, location... Last year we stayed in this hotel, and this year we continued our stay for another 7 days (after already 10 days) and we plan to visit it again this summer. The receptionists Selma and Teodora are always smiling, super friendly, patient and helpful. Dear ladies who make sure that everything is always clean, sheets and towels are changed without disturbance and an amazing cook who prepares delicious meals... And if you have special dietary needs, the hotel can provide you with customized meals. Also, the rooms are equipped with kitchen units so you can prepare your own meals. Bathrooms are super cozy, clean and stylish, and beds are super comfortable. The beach is just around the corner. A well-stocked supermarket is nearby. And to go to Budva you can walk 20 minutes by the sea or take a 5 minute bus - the bus station is also nearby. In addition, all other guests are also pleasant - whether they are families, couples or those staying on business. And last but not least, the interior of the hotel is done with style, so the owners thought about not only comfort, but also a pleasant feeling during the stay - and that speaks volumes about how seriously they take their work. In one sentence - they managed to make you feel like at home, but at the same time honoured as an important guest. Best recommendations!

Spa was not working. There weren't enough dishes in the kitchen. The shower was leaking. Booking.com support did not respond to requests.
