We stayed monday-wednesday in July and we could hear bars and parties all night. We have been seeing it from other reviews but thought it was only at weekends. It was not possible to cover the whole windows with the curtain in our room (40 cm open space on the side) so it got very bright in the morning and little privacy as people could see straight into our room.

Location was very good. Sports massage was great. I believe based on previous reviews they seem to have renovated many rooms.

The hot water was shut off at night . I am not sure if this is normal but after a long day outside in hot weather I was very much looking forward to a shower. Also the shower door was not installed properly so the bathroom would flood easily.

Location is great and friendly staff. There was a good basic breakfast included and the AC was strong. Room was good size and very clean.

The rooms are a little dated in design and decor, but it is exactly as advertised so no complaints! Clean, comfortable and the perfect crash pad for us.

Great, central, small hotel. Walkable to all the main sights, and set on a pedestrianised road. Helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. The absolute hidden gem was the spa - wow!! It was absolutely beautiful and great value for money. A complete surprise. A lovely way to pass the evening before an early flight home. Easy transit to airport, hotel arranged taxi.

No air conditioning in the bedroom, only living room and the duvet was a bit too thick for summer season. We left the bedroom door open to get cool air from air conditioning unit to trickle into the bedroom, otherwise it was too hot to sleep in.

Reasonable pricing, comfortable. We were upgraded to a bigger suite free of charge. A number of spa treatments available that are very reasonably priced. Ideal location as everything is at walking distance.

It's a shame that there's so much noise disturbance from the parties around the hotel. We stayed there on a saturday night.That way, you don't get any peace and quiet in your room.

It was very noisy in the evening till late at night, very loud music from neighboring bars. The lady at the reception said it was the case because it was Sunday and people were going out for parties, which would calm during the week. However, this never happened. Although the room was OK, it was (together with the bathroom) flooded when I took a shower on the first morning. The reception staff took care about it, but it was not a nice experience, and I had to be extremely careful in the following days (we stayed there for 5 nights). The plastic roof in the corridor and the one in front of my room window caused additional noise when it was rainy, and unfortunately, it was for most of the time we stayed there.

The hotel is centrally located, so everything you need is to be found in a walking distance.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it includes parking in its facilities. The hotel is in the center of the pedestrian area there is DEFINITELY NO PARKING. There is a public parking close by but the hotel has no reserved places or reduced rates . So it’s just luck if you find a place or not. I think the hotel can not include parking as a facility as the parking does not belong to them! In my opinion To be honest in the description It should say “ public parking available close by”

The hotel has a great location and very kind, helpful staff, including receptionists and spa therapists, and while the rooms were dated with a noticeable smell of smoke, it offered great value for money, and the spa facilities were very good—though some, like the jacuzzi, could use maintenance due to loose tiles.

There's a reason my window was frosted: it opens onto an a/c unit. Despite it being cool outside, my room was tropical when I arrived, which seems to have been due to the neighbouring spa centre. I had to turn on the a/c to cool it down. The breakfast spread was average.

The location is incredible, and the price is good for the quality of the room. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious.
