Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomCheck in process wasn’t the smoothest. We were waiting for some time, even though we agreed a specific time.
Great location in the building of the automobile club of Monaco. Right on the start finish straight of the F1 track. The apartment itself definitely has the Monaco charm. It’s a comfortable place to stay with everything you need present. It was cleaned well and the bed was comfortable. The marina and the museum with the car collection of the prince of Monaco are nearby, as are various restaurants and a 24h supermarket.

United KingdomThere is no shower, you have to use a shower head in the jacuzzi bath and be careful as there is no shower curtain. The bathroom sink was cracked. A modern bathroom would elevate my score to a 9 or 10.
You could not ask for a better location, right on the port, close by bus stops from and to Nice airport as well as local services. It is a walk-up - there may be a lift / elevator but I never saw it. Walkable to all points in Monaco (assuming you don't mind the hills - remember to use the ascenseurs publiques). No view to speak of but not a deal killer for me, I prefer the privacy compared to a hotel. Wifi worked, sofa and bed were comfy. Aircon worked great. Extremely well appointed kitchenette.

FranceThe overall furniture is quite old (yet functional). I would have preferred a shower box instead of a bathtub. Also the sink in the bathroom should be replaced.
Super location, right in front of the port, next to supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. The building is calm and we slept really well, the bed is also super comfortable. Lots of kitchen appliances. The host replies very quickly to messages.

Saudi ArabiaI am 76 years old with heart & back surgeries . Upon arrival I was surprised that I had to climb the stairs to get to the room . Also the flat was not worth the money I paid . The cleanness , the balcony had junk . I spent the 1st night then left early morning. I asked the man available to refund me & communicated several times but no positive reaction . Not professional at all .
I would like you to refund me the nights I did Not use the room for . Also please do not publish my my name . You can say ‘guest from Saudi Arabia ‘.
