How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The table and chairs could be cleaned at the balcony. Also, to have a mini fridge would be nice in a room. Breakfast was ok, just the staff could let us know about availability to get omelet or fried eggs and not just cold boiled eggs at the buffet.
Basic room, nothing extra or special, good for a short stay. Comfy bed and pillows. The bathroom could be a bit bigger. Breakfast served at the top terrace, nice view to the city.

The breakfast is not very good, quite far from the Medina, the beds were very hard, pretty noisy street

We asked for twin bed room, but were given a double bed room. The bathroom was very small and cramped. There was only one workable electric socket in the room. On check out we had to pay cash (after going to a nearby exchange) because the card payment system was down.
The staff. The restaurant, with panoramic views. The location. Nice and bright entrance and lobby.

The breakfast could be better. There were enough plugs but not on the side of the bed.
The place was central, clean and the personal super helpful. The bed was comfortable (hard).

Bathroom rooms. Too little and dark.
Position- it was very close by airport and train station. Close by taxi from la Medina. If you are a smoker just ask and they will give you a room With a balcony. Highly appreciated to be offered that.

Bathroom was too small. Tv remote wasn't working.
Great location for me. I was able to park my car in front of the hotel. I just spent one night a.d left early in the morning but I had a good stay overall.

Our second night we were in a room without a working ac. When they kindly moved us to another room that ac didn’t work well either. Our first night - perfect, the second - didn’t sleep as well.
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Hesham went out of his way for us n numerous occasions. Front desk was very helpful as well.

I spent half my stay in Fes, trying to get answers from your Customer Service Department ? ?. about my next Accommodation in Merzouga !! So I have missed the Fes sight seeing !!.

There was no toilet paper, the shower area was bit dirty. Everything in this room has seen better days. Old furniture, especially the bathroom was outdated and very worn down.
The room is spacious and it comes with a balcony.

The bed felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I've noticed whilst in Morocco that they love a firm bed but this one was particularly solid.
Decent hotel to stay in on a stopover, cheap and easy, which was just what we needed. Breakfast is buffet style so you can help yourself and they had a decent selection.

Didn't get the request items until 10pm only got the hot water kettle but no mugs. No mineral water provided too The toilet is extremely small!

The property was okay. The new part of the town. There was nobody on the streets at 21:00h. If you wish to be in a busier part of the city, go to Medina. The breakfast was great.

Quality value was great.
The rooms were clean. Free breakfast was varied. Location for us was convenient in the new city. Between train and bus station.

The bathroom was beautifully tiled, however it was not clean and water was leaking onto the floor.
We like the location, as the hotel was in the centre of the city.

Room is very small. Bathroom is very small. If one person, room should be for one person not for two people. In tiny room two beds and no space. No space to put your suitcase, no space to walk if you have luggage. Before I have reserved this hotel, I have typed "Hotel with animals", it gave list of hotels with animals. I have small hamster. When I came to hotel, reception said that animals are not allowed. I have said that I have checked if animals are allowed. Check before you book this hotel if you have an animal.
Hotel is situated very central. Hotel staff is very helpful. If you need anything just ask. Reception is very helpful.
