Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceWhat we did not like was that just 200m away there is another 4-star hotel offering better services for the same price, so the pricing here should really be reconsidered. The staff’s behavior was also disappointing, as they were not friendly, did not work as a team, and even argued with each other openly in front of customers. On top of that, the reception manager made an unprofessional and inappropriate joke about people living abroad, which left a very negative impression.
We had a good stay overall. The location was very convenient, the cleanliness met our expectations, and we appreciated the availability and ease of check-in.

New ZealandThe rooms have hardwood floors and every movement from the rooms above transmits annoying noise. Guests moving furniture at midnight is not conducive to a good night's sleep. A pity as in other respects my stay was pleasant .
Refurbished rooms are very modern and have good fittings. Spacious reception area . Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast selection adequate but maybe not as varied as other Moroccon hotels recently stayed in. Very good location for exploring on foot and choice of eateries and supermarket closeby.
