- Waiting long to get your msemen ;( - Sometimes you don't get what you ask during breakfast (probably hectic) - Eating diner outside the hotel is a challenge . you'll need a car to eat better and affordable food in the city center.

Hotel restaurant didn't have any meal options for the kids. The play area (trampolines) were starting from 12 years up although a 3year old could play there just fine.

The only disappointing thing about this hotel/water park, some of the water slides in the water park were closed.

The rooms were a good size with a big balcony, ideal for my family. Me and my partner travelled with our 1 year old boy, he loved every minute in the pool and we had free access to the water park.

The food should be upgraded, though. The breakfast provided was ok, but the lunch and dinner choice was very limited.

The hotel was good. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Oussama he would always find a way to make my requests happen.

The bathroom was not 5 star. The sink in the shower was broken. There was nothing to hang your robes or anything else. The room service missed us for 2 days until we had to specifically ask for the room to be cleaned. The breakfast at the end runs out of a lot of dishes so make sure you go early enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel with everything you need to have a nice stay. The aquapark is amazing and not too crowded. They also have a smaller pool outside the aquapark if you do not like it crowded. The breakfast was good.

The WiFi was really bad in the rooms

Hotel have aqua park that the best things for the kids and gym was huge and Hamam for ladies. It’s have so many things to do. Food was yummy.

The only problem that i had in the hotel,is the housekeeping,they have a very big problem,the altitude of the responsible lady at the housekeeping is very rude,the ladies who take care of the rooms are not professional at all,they are not respecting the guest,they are not giving the daily service to the room and if u ask them about anything,you get a shoked answers

We really enjoyed the aqua parc and the large pool of the hotel,the reception staff is very professional and nice,they are always smiling and they solve any problem,the best part was the kitchen,the restaurant was very delicious with chef mohamed and the responsible if the restaurants,i had a very bad experience last year with the restaurant but this year it was very nice and perfect,delicious breakfast,and the dinner was even more and more amazing,i also celebrated my little girl birthday and the staff did there best to make it soo special for us,thanks to everyone snd I don’t wanna forget the beautiful angel yasmine in the kids club,you are just amazing and so sweet

Nothing of importance, except make sure if you traveling as a family with kids to read the kid’s policy in regards to breakfast and aqua park access.

We first booked a superior room which was actually facing the street and quite noisy with all of the street traffic. We requested to be moved to a room on the opposite side and they did for a US$20 fee.

The location was good. We landed in Casablanca around 1pm, rented a car and wanted to stay somewhere about 2 hours out of the city on route to Chefchaouen. The hotel was practically empty to our surprise. Maybe had 20 other guests. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable and had a great balcony. Not that we would have used it, but the water park wasn't open. It's only open from May to October. We did use the Gym which was fabulous! Breakfast was included and very good as well. Dinner was decent too. Prices are reasonable. Internet was solid and appreciated.
