Nothing- absolutely fantastic.

Conveniently located within short walking distance of the old town. Included breakfast every morning was delicious and fueled me for the day. On my last morning there Norbert himself got up to make me breakfast at 3:30 in the morning before my early flight. Most wonderful care I’ve had in a hotel, simply cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was truly my pleasure to stay with Norbert.

Absolutely the best concierge and service I've had in all my years of travel. The room was amazing and the veranda was unbeatable. I would never stay anywhere else but here in Tangier. Great location and very secure. Breakfast was very good, too.

Villazancot is welcoming, tranquil, visually soothing. The place is comfortable, well designed. Very clean. Norbert, who owns and runs the bnb, readily helped with arranging transportation from the airport and for day trips outside the city. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Norbert, with Auoatif and Bushra, made it a lovely daily ritual. Attentive, cheerful. The location is excellent. Within walking distance of the medina and of several local sights and conveniences. We came back to Villazancot for another 4 nights the following week after visiting Tetouan for a few days. We were met with the same warm hospitality. Shukran bezaf, merci beaucoup, Norbert, Auoatif, Bushra! Baraka Allahu feekum.

We were made to feel at home immediately on arrival. The decor was just beautiful and very elegant. Our bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent with fresh homemade cakes, omelette and fruits. We had a hugely enjoyable stay and can highly recommend.

We loved this riad! Beautiful place, very stylish and clean. All you need after busy day outside, and it’s quiet inside. Lovely breakfast and our host was wonderful! He helped up with ordering taxi to airport and woke up after 4 to make us breakfast!!!

The villa is beautiful! It's newly renovated in keeping with the original style and design with a simingly simple furniture reflecting the unique personality and taste of the host. Norbert is very kind and helpful and is really a good cook ( I had the best omelette with champignons and cheese of my life, not to mention the cakes!). The location is very convenient: you can easily reach the medina as well as la ville nouvelle. The rooms are very comfortable ( we stayed in two different rooms each night). We had a great experience and we are eager to go back!:-)

Beautifully restored home. Lovely terrace, comfortable beds. Great location. Best breakfast ever with delicious pastry and French omelette made to order. Best of all was our charming and helpful host Norbert.
