Location wasn't great, pretty far from Marrakech. Close to busy road so you can hear noise all day and night

We had a warm welcome from Reception and the room was ready before we arrived. Villa has good sized rooms (2 bed rooms) and the pool is perfect for kids. Also, Villa is next door to Amusement Park, so no time wasted 😉

This place was mis-advertised in my.opinion, there were several items it said it had but it didn't have. Because it listed things like robes, slippers, coffee maker, Hairdryer , Toaster ,Table tennis,Fitness ,Solarium - I thought it was a completely different kind of property. The washing machine provided in the kitchen area clearly hadn't worked in a very long time. It was really sparse, even without bins in the sitting room and bedrooms! Nevertheless, all of that would still be fine if it would just be more honest in its listing as the staff were very nice and helpful. The driver was great and very handy for organising trips. During our time there the local area experienced 3 separate electricity cuts, this was quite inconvenient but this could be normal?

This is a nice, basic retreat outside of Marrakech, the pool is lovely, and the staff are nice. The breakfast was very nice. The theme park beside it was a lifesaver as this is a very quiet place. The cafe and bakery next door were nice and there was a cool pottery nearby and a place selling rugs locally too

The water in the shower was very weak. Took a long time to have a proper shower.

It was very clean, the staff was super friendly and the location was very good. 30min drive to marrakech and 20min drive to ourika.

The villa is set in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool and plenty of loungers. We loved lying on the round sunbeds, so peaceful and quiet. There is a trampoline and lots of open space for kids to play around in. We had a three bedroom apartment which was clean and any issues were immediately addressed by the manager who was helpful throughout. The Smiles park next door was great, kids couldn't get enough of it and just so handy to have on the doorstep. There is also a small shop for drinks and snacks for the children across the road from the villa - so again very handy! For the adults, there are also spa services that can be booked and accessed not far from the villa..The villa offers a pick and drop service! So something for everyone. We look forward to returning! 😊

A little too far out from Marrakesh, you need a car really. As €20 per way in a taxi gets expensive. No such thing as free transfers. A little misleading but we managed

The property was massive. Loads of space, you pretty much have your own restaurant we only saw one other couple. Pool to ourselves and the whole grounds

The shower area could be improved as it was malfunctioning in both rooms that we stayed ( broken taps and water temperature hard to control).

Spacious rooms, good breakfast and big grounds. The pool looked very nice but we didn't have the chance to try it out due to the weather.

The sounds coming from the neighbouring entertainment parc "Smile" were very loud and at some days/nights till 11:30 pm, especially on weekend.
