Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomLocation is an issue if you don't have a car. There is a flash, expensive evening restaurant on the main road by the Villa but other than that no local eating options that I could find. (Any number of coffee houses showing football in the village the other side of the main road). An observation, not a criticism, is that it can take a while to prepare food from the small kitchen so if you are in a rush let them know. Food and drink is a little expensive.
Garden and pool are lovely. Kittens, hens and peacocks. Breakfast is good. Excellent Carrefour 35 mins walk towards centre. Situated 5km from centre. Bus 25 (3 per hour) can get packed so pick up at start point Sidi Mimoun. Shared taxi cost me 10Dm. Was quoted 150Dm to get a taxi from the Villa to the centre. Walking takes 90 mins. If walking from the centre you have the Atlas to look at and most of the way there is a scruffyish park running alongside the road.

United KingdomIt’s easy to miss the turning from the main road but Google maps can help with that. I couldn’t get hot water to work in the shower.
Very nice and relaxing 3 days. Namib, Sufyan and Ayoub were kind and thoughtful hosts. The breakfast was delicious as was the vegetable tagine I had (twice!) for dinner. The kittens are adorable, while the pheasant, chickens and swallows diving above the pool all added to the magic.

South AfricaThe cost of a taxi to/from the city centre was a bit expensive (However, a walk is possible and is nice to do for one of the days).
The location was not too far out of the city. The facilities were great and it was lovely relaxing by the pool. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Was a great location to relax and enjoy the Moroccan sun.

BelgiumIt was cold at night and the blanket nor the air conditioning didn't help. Also quite difficult to find if you arrive at night. No hair dryer in the room but we received one when the staff saw us with wet hair.
Extremely nice staff, beautiful setting, lovely houses among lemon trees, with lots of privacy. Great breakfast in the sun.

United KingdomLocation was difficult - very hard to get a taxi to/from the villa as located on a back street and several prearranged pick ups for excursions/transfers were late due to getting lost
Comfortable and clean room with adequate amenities, stunning outdoor space and pool, food and drink available throughout the day, very quiet and peaceful

IrelandThe street that the villa is on doesn't look the safest to walk so we had to always take a taxi, the shower doesn't work the best and the netflix freezes on the home page. Other than that had an amazing time.
Having the pool right outside the room is great, the staff are amazing super friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was also lovely. The animals across the garden also add a great atmosphere to the villa. We had an amazing time in the 4 days we spent there.

MoroccoNothing come to my mind.
I recently stayed for two nights at this lovely villa and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I would like to give a five-star rating for the exceptional service and hospitality. A special thank you to El Houssaine and Mohamed for their quick responses and assistance throughout my stay. Their dedication truly made a difference. The breakfast was a highlight, especially with the beautiful view and the company of the lovely cats. The food was both delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioner worked perfectly, which was a relief given the 40-degree heat outside. I look forward to returning on another occasion and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

GermanyI wrote the hotel before to ask if they have a restaurant. They answered yes. They DON’T have a restaurant !! There is actually only thajine to eat and you have to let them know before if you want to eat it and at which time, because the woman will cook it for you. So you can not the sponteinious! And it’s only that dish beside something similar to babaganush and fried. That is not a restaurant ! There are no cool drinks only from the fridge like Coca Cola, Fanta, water. No Alkohol aswell. There is nothing around where you can go to eat and walk back to the hotel. When I arrived at 3pm , I wanted to eat something from „the restaurant“ and I had to wait 2 hours for my cafe and fries and this babaganush thing (tastes good). Also the breakfast is always the Same. They could be more creative with that. If you go there for 3 days, it’s AMAZING! And I mean it. But for longer I don’t recommend it for these reasons. I think they really try and they do good, but with the food / drinks they could make it much better and it would be a great place. As I asked them, they cooked us lovely pasta. That was really great and sweet, but we had to decide what to cook.. in holiday I love to see a Menue and don’t have to order in the morning with as specific dinnertime. Area is beautiful and lovely created. And really : the team there is great !
The people there are really friendly and lovely. They try to help with everything and give their best to make the stay great.
