Not much I didn't like but as we had opted for a suite, the balcony overlooked a dusty car park and main road, Most rooms seemed to have lovely pool view, though we did have partial view of the sea.

Spotlessly clean. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Lovely helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choice. Location, short walk from beach.

The staff not so gentle in the reception, I’ve booked a package of hammam who was supposed to last 1 hour and a half and it lasted barely 1 hour, the massage berbère wasn’t different of the relaxing massage but more expensive and they have no beach.

The breakfast buffet was more like a lunch buffet for our taste. A lot of warm dishes and sweets. This is a minor detail that the hotel can easily improve. For example, there were two different kinds of yogurt on the table, but nothing that could be added to it. Or you could get a nice, warm waffle, but no whipped cream, only jams were available.

We booked a spa and hammam. It was excellent. The staff were really professional and super friendly. We enjoyed the pool after a long car trip in the desert. The room was very clean and spacious for the 3 of us, but it was a bit warm even though we had the AC on.

We enjoyed our Monday to Friday stay here in March as a couple. Perfect for a short get away, clean hotel, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Bathroom spacious and shower fantastic. Pool side small but there was enough sunbeds- not sure how well this works in peak season! Pool water freezing...but it was March so expected! Breakfast included; people complaing about this but there is something for everyone. My other half is Eastern European and he loved all the hot food (that we would think was a evening meal!) For his breakfast! Omelette from outside kitchen was lovely. Drinks reasonably priced and staff members were lovely. We used the spa and they offered a wonderful treatment- was very relaxing and again at a good price. I unfortunately had a accident whilst I was away and the hotel catered excellent for me then being in a wheelchair (they provided it) for the last 2 days of my holiday. We would rate here and definitely stay again for a short trip. Had everything we needed and was clean, spacious rooms (newly done) and wonderful staff. Thankyou Timoulay 🥰

This place is a great example of a perfectly managed Hotel. Staff is so well trained and great, rooms huge and super clean. Pool is very good maintained and location is very close to sea. Restaurant is the best part of hotel. Very few negatives are wifi internet and spa quality could improve a bit. Highly recommend the place!!

The rooms soundproofing could have been better.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and satisfied. They truly excelled in maintaining happiness among their visitors. The breakfast offered was both delicious and enjoyable, and the hotel's restaurant served quality meals at reasonable prices. The Timoulay Spa was excellent, providing a truly relaxing experience with attentive services. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy seaside outings. Additionally, the excursions organised by the hotel were well-managed and added great value to our stay.
