Only the tv did not work in my room but that's not a big issue!

A nice clean lobby area to relax in and the lounge was nice. The hotel was clean and always smelt fresh rooms were a good size with a clean bathroom. Big swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds to relax in and also they had a child's play area which my daughter loved! The staff were very friendly and courteous and the breakfast was really good Good location on a road away from the beach I would recommend this hotel

No Iron, in a 4 star hotel, was a bit of a shocking news to us. Floors, in rooms, were not as clean as you would expect a 4 star hotel to have. Laundry was never found and we ended up at friends place to wash the cloths. I would give it a 2 star and if I am generous then I would give it 3 stars, that should be it. Basically, we think we paid a lot more for this hotel then it deserved. Sorry but its my honest opinion.

It looked like a good hotel "apparently" but when we got to the rooms then things revealed and we were not very happy with dated rooms, wardrobes, toliet and baths and in our opinion all the rooms need to be refurbished. We were family of 7 in three rooms. Breakfast was indeed good and timing was good as well. Pool was good and clean as well as all professionally maintained.

Quite noisy at night, but due to the excellent location close to the beach and marina.

Sheets on bed were not changed during our stay. We were only there for 5 nights though.

The hotel location was good. 5 minute walk to beach. Good places to eat in the area within 30 minutes walk. Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good, not lots on offer but adequate. Pool area was good. Gym was basic. Rooms made daily, and towels changed daily.

Air conditioning in junior suits not upto the standard. Called in room service but wasn't able to get it going.spoke to another guest at the check in counter who also was experiencing same issue and no solution was offered. Also breakfast not worth 4 star hotel. Toilet was not together with the bathroom and no water or sink in the toilet whatsoever so not really a wise choice as if an individual wants to wash their hands after reliving, they have to go to the bathroom which was not connected and if the bathroom is occupied by another member then keep waiting. Not sure who designed it but this is very basic and needs to be taken in to consideration

The hotel is dated and needs refurbishment. Spartan rooms with thin towels, hard pillows, rubbish toilet paper. No tea/coffee/water provided (water at least should be given in this hot climate). Space for another chair. They could make more of the spa and leisure facilities, and get some more comfortable chairs and sofas in the main public spaces.

Good public areas such as restaurant, terrace and pool area. Easy location near the lovely beach, though a bit noisy at times. Courteous and helpful staff, especially housekeeping and cafe/bar. Great room view towards the Kasbah. Easy to use safe. It has most of the basics you need.

The breakfast was varied and continuously replenished. The pool, bar and main areas of the hotel were very well kept but the bathrooms in the bedrooms are a bit tired. Still absolutely fine.

Hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The poolside/sea view was very nice you get a good view of beach and surrounding. Overall I give the hotel 8/10

Beds were a little too hard. Air con was more like a fan and didn’t cool much, had to leave it on all day for it to make the room bearable. Only 5 coat hangers. No fresh coffee just a machine with the cappuccino more like a mocha. Breakfast wasn’t too my taste, too much sugar. Would have been nice to have more fruit.

- Sometimes not the friendliest staff at the lobby/check desk. Some of them look like they are bothered by requests - Overall things in hotel need refreshment, like new towels etc. - There are no real double beds, only 2 single beds connected to each other - 4 star hotel? Not sure about that all in all. In other countries in a 4 star hotel there are more amedities and room service.

My bathroom was clean but the shower could have been cleaned a bit bettter, not sure if it’s just old or something. But the shower definitely did not meet my expectations it felt very used and worn out

Mattress very hard - room basic enough but clean. Drinks in hotel barely contained alcohol. Ordered a mojito . As drinks were brought to your sunbed or table we didn’t see them make it up but couldn’t taste any alcohol. This occurred with a variety of alcoholic drinks ordered. There was no room/shower provided for guests departing later in the day and after checkout. Offered to shower at cold pool shower - not ideal.

Breakfast was okay. Catered for all nationalities but just wasn’t enough variety for me.

my bed felt like it will fall apart and unfortunately the guests were so loud i woke up with every door slammed. also, something to note is that the streets on the weekend are busy with drivers constantly honking and speeding and its hard to sleep through that. bring earplugs.

Bed was not very comfortable. Double bed was made by joining 2 beds and you could feel the partition in the joint very clearly. This caused issue with sleeping.
