The food did not live up to our expectations (except breakfast, it was fine). The quantities were extremely small and the flavor just wasn't there. The beach could have been cleaner, there were lots of pieces of plastic. The prices at the spa were too high for the surroundings. It was a very basic, lackluster design, not what one would expect at a 5 star hotel in Morocco, but the prices were very elevated.

Great location right on the beach! The view from the rooms is outstanding!! Very nicely designed outdoor spaces, with lots of places around the property to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Huge pool. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Yunis and Ayoub in the restaurant and Mohamed Said at the valet.

Housekeeping always comes late in the afternoon

Recently, I spent three wonderful nights at the St. Regis with my daughter, Amel. It truly felt like paradise. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. One young man in particular, Younes, was especially kind and attentive. Whatever I needed, he was always there, and I’m incredibly grateful to him for that. The rest of the staff were also fantastic—kind, professional, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, with a breakfast that was not only copious but abundant, thanks again to Younes. Whether we were heading to the pool or relaxing by the sea, fresh towels and cold water with ice were always ready for us. I deeply appreciate the care and attention of the entire team. The St. Regis is stunning in its design, and every morning, we would take a tour to admire the beautiful décor. Every detail had its own unique touch, creating an atmosphere that made us feel truly at home. I want to thank everyone for making our stay so magnificent. The St. Regis is truly a place of peace and serenity. Many people may not have known about this gem, but I assure you, we’ve spread the word, and now they’re eager to visit. Inshallah, they’ll come soon. We wish you all continued success in your careers.

We liked everything at this hotel. It was perfect. Everything is on point. Amazing...

Breathtaking!! Everything at this resort is exceptional. The hotel is beautiful. I was there for my birthday and it was fantastic.!!! The people who work there are wonderful. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.The food is delicious. The beach is beautiful. We had a beautiful suite , which was amazing with panoramic views. And if you're interested in going to the spa, you will be wonderfully surprised. Amazing! There is also a gym with a trainer if you need it. The weather was perfect. Sunshine every day. A few people who helped make our stay wonderful...Imad, Abdul, Faygal, Hicham, Chafik, Reola, Nihad, Jawad, Salim, Ayoub, Said, Belkis, Aymau, Bahia, Sabri, Soufiam, Houdaifa, Salma, Muhammad. No ATM in a 5 star hotel?

Houdaifa and Sahar the butlers were top workers never seen such amazing top service. Also Mrs. Maryam the manager at reception and Sabri did amazing work for us with giving what we asked for and with the payment. They asssisted as much as possible and did the impossible for us. Thank you so much top notch stay.

Amazing fun stay. Made much more special by one of the housekeepers called Loubna for rooms 111 and 112. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and she was one of the highlights of the hotel.

The hotel is amazing and whats more amazing are their staff! the staff is very extremely helpful and sweet! Special special thanks to Imad it was our honeymoon and my teeth flared up and i was in extreme pain.. he was amazing!!! he found a doctor 30mins away and booked me in arranged a taxi and everything. He took care of us and our bookings to nearby towns, dinners, gave us an amazing view with a honeymoon setup!!through out stay and made our stay exceptional. Thankyou Imad you were a great part of the success of our trip!

taking nothing away from a wonderful stay More coffee pods in the room would have been nice so as to not have to keep asking. Not clearing away towels etc from sunbeds when we'd only walked 50 metres over to the terrace for lunch. The food was great generally but the hot stuff could have been hotter on occasion as it reached the table. The music around the pool/gardens was a generic , chillout , covers play list that was on a loop throughout the day everyday and became repetitive so mixing it up would be good... It was also, (on occasion a little to loud too early in the day)!... Minor things easily remedied...

After reading the reviews for the hotel before my wife and I visited, plus having great comms with the hotel prior to our arrival, I was hoping our stay might be good!… However, it wasn’t just good, it was absolutely brilliant!... There are so many great reviews for the hotel across all sites , so many superlatives that I would love to/must use again here, such as excellent! exceptional! sensational! outstanding! It really is all of these and so much more!… The hotel is beautifully designed inside and out, well laid out, the facilities/amenities are everything you’d ever want them to be, (the whole hotel smells gorgeous beyond belief)!... But I must say it was the he members of staff that made our stay so memorable, worthwhile and heartwarming… From being greeted by Hamza our butler to the best bartenders extraordinaire, par excellence you'll find Hicham and Yassine, (both of whom make the best, spicey Bloody Mary you could ever wish for, thank you both!) and Amine, Mouad, Younes, Belkis, Mariamme to name but a few… But all the of the staff looking after us generally and for breakfast , lunch , dinner inside & outside the hotel were/are exceptional individuals and a great team!… (and the food was great everyday by the way)… Their wonderful service, care and consideration were faultless, their attitude impeccable , they are a real credit to themselves and the hotel… We loved our stay at The St. Regis La Bahia Blanca Resort, Tamuda Bay and are delighted to be able to recommend it…

The only down fall that there wasn't a kids club which was abit sad for the kids Also room service is very slow have to call sometimes 2/3 times to remind them
