Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MoroccoI would like to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding hospitality during my stay at The Ritz-Carlton Rabat, Dar Es Salam. Every aspect—from the reception to housekeeping and in-dining services—was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. The staff was both attentive and refined, providing a level of service that truly reflects the Ritz-Carlton’s legendary excellence. I leave with beautiful memories and great appreciation for such a flawless experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here , from the moment we arrived to the time we were driven to the airport, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel as you would imagine has everything you could wish for in a great hotel , but with out doubt the greatest asset the hotel has is the fantastic staff . The ability of the staff to adapt to guests requirements is a great skill, nothing is too much trouble. Hope you see again. David & Helen

United KingdomA truly beautiful and relaxing escape at the Ritz-Carlton Rabat. The surroundings are serene and luxurious, and the staff is incredibly warm and professional. Special thanks to Samira at the restaurant for her exceptional service. Also Hanan for the amazing massage and to Souad for giving my wife the most calming candle massage. A wonderful experience from start to finish—highly recommended!

BelgiumEverything about this hotel was exceptional: the staff is amazing, the food is phenomenal, the hotel is the definition of architecture becoming art, and the rooms are to dream for! I also absolutely recommend the spa! It was so relaxing, and the Moroccan Hammam was the best I've ever experienced! Special thank you to Raja and the whole spa team! Anybody visiting Rabat should definitely stay here - It is an absolute slice of heaven! I can't wait to return!

Spainunfortunately the staff at the reception was not fulfilling the right attitude , waiting for 3 hours because they couldnt change my money which was in a different currency. It was super tiring. The most unfortunate and disrespectful was that they couldnt even offer me the room or drink until I had their issue solved .
The pool was very spacious, and the hotel itself aswell.

United StatesThe Ritz-Carlton Rabat is stunning—but the service was embarrassingly bad. Unresponsive staff, careless attitudes, and constant delays. At this price point, it’s unacceptable. Looks five-star, feels like a two-star experience. Wouldn’t return.

United KingdomThe hotel is relatively new, and there are on going teething problems. The fire doors closed and had to be opened manually. The locks on all of the room doors at one stage was not working. My room door could not close and had to be fixed by maintenance.

United Arab EmiratesWORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER – ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I don’t even know where to begin with how awful this hotel was. After traveling 8 hours and 30 minutes from Dubai to Casablanca, then another 1 hour to Rabat, I was completely exhausted and just wanted a clean room and some rest. Instead, this hotel made everything worse. First, after checking in and paying, they made me wait over an hour before giving me my room key. When I finally got to the room, it was absolutely disgusting — full of ants and insects, dust all over the tables, and clearly not cleaned at all. I called the reception, but they were extremely slow, and it took them forever to respond. Then they told me they would give me another room — but of course, that also took ANOTHER hour. And that’s not all. Every time I needed something from reception, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Even when my room card stopped working, instead of having phones or any way to contact them from the corridors, I had to walk all the way back down to reception just to get help. Seriously, how can a hotel not even have basic service like this? This hotel ruined my first day in Morocco. After such a long trip, instead of welcoming me or trying to make things easier, they just made everything worse. The service is terrible, the rooms are filthy, and the staff do not care at all. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, STAY AWAY from this hotel.
