That we only spent 3 nights there which went too quickly😭

We loved everything! Starting with the reception staff who made us feel so welcome and always greeted us with a smile. Every time we passed them we would stop for a chat and they were always so helpful with any questions we had, they even gave us little gifts on our last day which was so heartwarming knowing they thought about us, we really felt cared for. The apartment was spotless and the AC was already set to a really comfortable temperature. The bathrooms were so clean and the whole place really spacious. My favourite part was the living area with the sofas which were beautiful😍 and so comfy! There was a smart TV with all the apps (just log in with your own account) for when you want to wind down and relax. The location was perfect, plenty of food places, convenience stores for things like water/snacks etc and a money exchange which made everything so easy and stress free, and all within a 3 min walk. Genuinely loved every second of being there and will definitely be back for future trips!

We had initially booked a five star hotel for our stay, but made a last minute change and booked with AYA Suites, we were very pleased with our decision! The apartment is located in a perfect location, plenty of restaurants, cafes and there is also a park nearby to cool down. The Marrakech square is only about 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It was very safe, the facilities were great, the apartment was spotless, above all the service was topnotch with great hospitality. We were also allowed to check in early with no extra cost and offered a free taxi ride to the airport. Our special thanks to Manal, Wiam, Mouna, Mohammed and the house keeping ladies. We will certainly be back! Many thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Don't hesitate and book right away. 10/10 We had a wonderful stay at Aya Suite – it exceeded our expectations. Staying at Aya Suite felt like coming home. At one point, we even considered extending our stay. The location is perfect, with restaurants within walking distance. The reception is available 24/7 and ready to answer any questions. At the end of our stay, we received a lovely gift. Thank you, staff of Aya Suite! We will definitely be coming back!

I recently rented three apartments at Aya Suites and had an excellent experience. The property is centrally located, very well maintained, and in excellent condition. Manal, who manages the apartments on a day-to-day basis, was extremely responsive and helpful. She provided outstanding customer service, including assistance with hiring taxis. A few items were initially missing from one of the apartments, but the issue was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend Aya Suites for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Nothing to not like. Just that kitchen could be a bit better equipped but guess since the property is very new, it’s in the process. They arranged whatever we asked for.

Great apartment, big bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen and big spacious living/dining. Close to Medina and Bahia palace (<2km, 20-25 min by foot) and lots of shops and restaurants around. The host Manal made our stay even more comfortable with her warmth and hospitality.

The apartment was brand new, everything was super clean. There was 24/7 support at the desk and Manal the receptionist looked after us and went above and beyond.

Absolutely nothing, apart from it being new hotel Manal took our suggestions of things needed in the hotel kindly.

Everything about our stay at Aya suites was amazing, our host Manal was extremely helpful and welcoming, she would go out of her way to help. The other lady at reception at night forgot to take her name was also very helpful. Accommodating our needs, breakfast service to our room was superb at a time convenient to us before 10.30am. Apartment was huge and well kept clean and tidy housekeeping. Location is great with Gueliz plaza walking distance, plenty restaurants in the vicinity. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay with Aya Suites was great. The location in the ‘new part’ of marrakesh was great with the medina in walking distance but also with nice restaurants closeby. All suites have recently been renovated and were comfortable and spacious. The ladies, Manal and Ouiam, at the reception were both friendly and really helpful. Would definitely choose to stay here again in next visits to Marrakesh.

Distance to town centre is a 20-25 minute walk, which was fine for us as we were happy to walk.

Being a new hotel made it difficult for taxi drivers to find, compounded by our limited French.

I loved it, though I wish I'd known about the free breakfast on my first day as I wasn't informed until I asked. The meals were very satisfying.
