There were multiple ants in the bathroom and on all of the floors and a few in the bed which made me uncomfortable but it wasn't bad enough for me to leave, we didn't tell the host as we weren't staying for long, but I'm sure they would endeavour to sort it if alerted. The shower leaks, not that badly, but it made the whole bathroom wet. Also, the studio initially didn't have any toilet paper which they sorted out quickly when we asked. A couple of stains on the bed sheets. Also, no body wash or shampoo.

Modern, spacious studio apartment in central Rabat, right next to the tram station - 7dh per ride to the medina. The host was attentive to all of our needs (additional towel etc). There is someone available to speak English, which was useful. The flat was relatively clean and all of the basic kitchen essentials were there (cutlery, plates, etc). There is also a mini fridge which was great. They let us check in early, which was really kind.

Great location right next to a tram station. Just a few stops away are the old and central markets. Nearby, there are many eateries as well as stalls selling all manner of groceries and other necessesities. The neighbourhood was safe and the people friendly. The room was spacious with two twin beds. I wished one was a little bigger though. I met the owner and he was very friendly and helpful. He explained that he had just done some renovations. The TV and microwave need replacing. Good value for money. I generally had a great time.

The owner was extremely helpful in with transportation to and from the airport. There is a diner downstairs. Property is one minute from the tram system. Local markets nearby, an interesting location.

There was no air conditioner. There were only window blinds. We desperately needed curtains to get sunlight and air on a very hot summer day. Besides, the door of the apartment had frosted glass. We had to cover it with our clothes to ensure our privacy. There was a small kitchen and some utensils but there was no oven to use the utensils and no dish soap to wash the dishes so we had to leave our dishes dirty unwillingly...

The place is located on a main street, on which there is a tram that takes you to the Media and the coast of Rabat in a short time. The room is spacious and has a small kitchen area. There is a restaurant right under the building where the flat is located. I guess the host also runs that place, so you can reach him very easily.

It was really cold, no aircon, painting is chipping off the ceiling, the location is noisy...the windows have no curtains that makes the room.. unwelcoming...the 2 bed side lamps have no light bulbs...i think it's overrated.

The room is spacious, clean ,the bad comfy, there is a TV and a comfy couch, the host is friendly and has a small restaurant underneath the studio with good food

These are not disadvantages for me but for someone they could be. I have lived at the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It could be difficult to go upstairs for small children, for older people or for travellers with large bags. It is a little bit noisy at the street at night.

Our Booking accomodation at Studios Taha was confirmed about month in advance. When we got to the accomodation, we called the owner who informed us that our reservation was CANCELLED because we did not confirm it. We were confused and we asked for wifi in the restaurant nearby, and we saw a message from him that was sent two hours before our arrival ( check-in was from 14h, we arrived about 14:30, his message was at 12:09 the same day). His message was to confirm if we are coming, and if we don't, the reservation is considered cancelled. When we called him, he came to the accomodation and told us that he had given our room to some other people because we did not confirm the reservation on his message. After our complaints, he told this people that they have to leave and gave us the room, which means that the room was not cleaned when we entered. He complained how if we didn't show up he would not be paid, which is not true, since there was a cancellation fee. Furthermore there were no toiletries, hairdryer, and we had pans for cooking, but no stove or any other cooking surface.

Beds were comfortable, and located close to tram and train station.

I never experienced such thing in my life. Taha cancelled our reservation without any prior notice saying that he was thinking we're a fake reservation. He claimed to call me before hand but definitely didn't. He didn't try to reach to us by phone nor message nor anything else. it was the most unprofessional thing ever. we had to stay somewhere else and pay more than we allocated for it so we don't end up in the streets. I definitely don't recommend it.
