The only thing that is difficult is the noise from other guests and the steep stairs, but both of those things are typical of any authentic riad and cannot be changed. I loved my stay!

Beautiful riad at the entrance of the Medina. Karim and his brother really went the extra mile to accomodate all our requests and make sure we had the best experience. I highly recommend staying in this riad! Thank you Karim & all the staff!

The lighting of the room was very dim. There was no shower head holder and the toilet was very wobbly. The shampoo and body wash was not the best quality as it was hard to work up bubbles during showering. Consider bringing your own products.

The location is convenient as the riad is situated about 10 minutes walking distance from the parking lot. Tajeddine, the receptionist was very kind and helpful during our stay! He was a pleasure to meet. Even though it is stated that cash is the only accepted form of payment but I was able to pay with credit card.

Karim..who manages the accommodation welcomes you with a smile and is always willing to help with everything you need during your stay...The Ryad is very traditional and authentic..a few minutes walk from the Madina and cafes..Good breakfast and unexpected Smart TV in your room Netflix etc..as well as one on the terrace..Karim is available 24/7 with great professional service..his younger brother who is studying Hospitality was on a placement and he too was very helpful and professional

The blue room was a bit too dark because of the blue paint, it definitely needs better lighting, especially in the bathroom. We did say it to the reception and they offered us another room, which was appreciated. We were just too lazy to move.

The staff is really professional and welcoming! The location is really good, breakfast is rich and delicious. The terrace has a lovely view. We also booked the hammam experience and it was great, the lady is very professional. We spent 3 nights here and it's great value for money. Kudos to all staff members.

We stayed three nights in this beautiful Riad with my family in the medina. It's very close to the labirinth of little streets and also close to the road reacheable by cars so it's in a very good position. The brothers running the Riad are very nice, kind and always smiley and ready to help you whatever you needed. The rooms are very nice and big and also the breakfast included was massive and delicious. Close by there are also some nice restaurants like yalla yalla. The riad is a place of peace to rest amongst the chaos of Fes. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly and could do nothing more to help us with our stay. We were welcomed with mint tea until our room was ready and shown around the riad. The upstairs terrace is where breakfast and dinner is served and looks over the rooftops of the medina. The breakfast was delicious and presented so beautifully. The riad is just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of the medina and so perfectly placed. The stand out bit for us though was the staff they were so attentive and friendly and made our stay for us. Thank you!!

We stayed in this Riad for a night before heading to the airport early in the morning. The staff were all extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful - they woke up in the morning before our flight and prepared breakfast for us to take to go. There is a beautiful terrace with a view of medina with amazing atmosphere, which was great for spending the evening. Would highly recommend.

The Ryad, was very original, in a excellent location, and with a fantastic service! It's a great place to stay, with an incredible breakfast! The guys in the services of the Ryad, provided a very good support, and they help you with any possible requests: look for a guided tour, shopping, looking for a good places for have lunch and dinner... Totally recomended!

As usual in a riad the room was located with its door into the inside space/lobby. Therefore you could clearly hear what was happening outside, might be disturbing.

The best/nicest hosts on our journey through Morocco! The room was great as well as the breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Location near Medina.
