My only issue is a small one. During our stay, the only member of staff who spoke English appeared to be the manager, whom we got to speak with towards the latter end of our trip. Fortunately, my partner spoke some French so that we could converse with the remainder of the staff.

The property, despite being small, offered a cozy and comfortable stay. The staff looked after me and my partner wonderfully and tended to all our needs. The cleaning staff were meticulous in cleaning and presenting our room each day, which always felt welcomed after a long morning in the sun. The location is also great, being only a 10 minute walk from Jemaa El Fnaa.

We loved our stay here. The property and the rooms are beautiful. The location is easy to get to from the airport, with public parking a few minutes away on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a 10-15 minutes walk to the Jemaa el Fna square.

Excellent location - close to the mosque, Jamee al Fna, souks, street food, taxis, FX, shops, restaurants, cafes, Bahia palace, jewish quarter, etc. Wonderful, caring, attentive, and considerate staff. Substantial, nutritious, and tasty breakfasts. The room was very nice and spacious. Big bath/shower, TV with different languages, good AC, and always expertly cleaned daily. Hassan and his team are doing a great job.

The only thing I would say is the mattress was too hard for my personal preference. A mattress topper will sort that out. And a bed side lamp would be great.

The location was great. 20 min walk away from the main market and on the doorstep of the Kasbah area. Great food options just round the corner. Wish I had known earlier in my stay as I would have eaten on the main street more often. Great Hammams close by, we loved one that was a quick 10 mins away. Les Bains Almaha. So beautiful. We were met at the taxi and got Moroccan tea upon arrival. The room was cleaned daily and bed done. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The contact initially didn’t tell me about the price of private taxi and that didn’t feel well. But… Hassan and Yassim made up for everything. They went above and beyond. The team led by these 2 superstars made everything wonderful. The location is great, walking distance from all city attractions, cycle tour close by and fantastic. Great spot to book tours too. The food, the service, the warmth and care, all was great over the 3 days we stayed. Thank You

The Ryad was a tiny oasis in the bustling city. It was spotlessly clean with a sundeck and perfect small rooftop swimming pool. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was a bit difficult to find, behind an unassuming door but once inside the decor was lovely. The hammam next door was fantastic too. The bathroom was beautiful with a huge bath and an indoor garden. We had a lovely breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the mosque watching the storks coming in to land xx

The bed was very uncomfortable and gave me a bad backache. The bedroom had no windows, which made it feel damp, and there was noticeable mold buildup on the loft window. The room itself was very basic, with no fridge or kettle, which was quite inconvenient. I was traveling with my son, and without a fridge, we couldn’t keep our fruit fresh. I also had to go to the kitchen to ask for hot water to make his milk. While the staff were happy to provide it, having a kettle in the room would have made things much easier.

The staff at the property are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Hassan. They maintain a high standard of cleanliness, constantly tidying up even when things already look spotless. Our room was cleaned nearly every day, ensuring a comfortable stay. We had some issues with our cards not working, which made accessing money difficult. Thankfully, Hassan was incredibly helpful—he allowed us to send money through Western Union, and he provided us with the cash. His assistance made a stressful situation much easier. If you want to try traditional food, this is the place to do it. The chefs are quite skilled—we had a tajine one night, and it was absolutely delicious. We tried tajine at other places, but the taste awful/ no taste at all. The location is very convenient, right in the middle of everything—just a 20-minute walk to the Old Town Square and a 20-minute taxi ride to the New Square. However, the prices for taxis and activities at the property aren’t the most affordable. You can often find better deals on Booking.com or even negotiate directly with taxi drivers for a lower fare.

I’d recommend making the doorbell easier to spot. We were waiting a while trying to figure out how to get in and didn’t see the dark doorbell. Another traveller ended up coming out and let us in.

The curtains at the door weren’t covering it entirely so at night the lights from the hall were a bit disturbing. There’s a mosque nearby so sometimes we were waken up by the prayer call early in the morning.

Riad is conveniently located far enough from the hustle and bustle of medina’s epicenter, yet walkable distance from it. Great breakfast and nice minimalistic decorations, room was cleaned every day. Staff goes above and beyond to make the stay great. Would definitely recommend.
