SpainCoffee could do with upgrade. It’s really not good especially when everything else is so nice. Buy some nespresso machines !!! Possibly longer time for kids club. 2 hours does not give enough time to do anything.
Excellent facilities from spa to outdoor pools and beach was great. Free shuttle to fantastic golf course. You do have to take a taxi to others. Food was fantastic with excellent variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Surf instructor deserves a special mention as he was fantastic with my 6 year old son.

Robinson resorts never disappoint. We spent 10 days with our teen children in Agadir resort and had a great time. Food as always was delicious, gym facilities and classes were brilliant. The easy access to the beach made huge difference; we were jumping waves daily. There were lots of loungers and the pool was good too. The staff on reception, the bell boy, the cleaners, the main bar staff, the class teachers and the chefs were all amazing. Le Taj bar staff seemed always grumpy but maybe it was the weather. We took a couple of trips to Crocodile Zoo, Paradise Valley and camel ride and loved them all. All in all a great holiday.

PortugalNo big issue, but is a German chain and typical all guests speak some activities are in German and even the TV is German. No issues there it is just I do not speak the language.

We were wanting a break from it all and had a toddler with us. The facilities, play area, food options exceeded our expectations. All the staff were lovely and welcoming, the rooms and areas were clean and we were never left wanting for anything. The perfect break from it all.

PortugalThe food could have been better, a lot of the dishes were simply not tasty. However, we are not easy to please and at least we could find something that we liked on every meal... Quality could be improved easily, for example strawberries on the breakfast were poorly cut with the leaves still attached, and on lunch and dinner there could have been more non-alcoholic drink options. The buffet also felt a bit chaotic at times. Everything was in German by default, would be better to also offer English. In the room, every time when arriving and turning on the electricity, the TV turned on automatically with the annoying theme song playing.
Great facilities and services, nice beach and pool areas with lots of space, various activites and a spacious and spotless room. This was my first time in an all-inclusive hotel and it was a very relaxing experience.

United KingdomThe staff at reception were all over the place, a bit rude and there was always a queue. They didn't notify us that we needed to change rooms for one night only because we had to book the last night directly with them as we couldn't via booking. Only when we asked they notified us and we had to argue with them not to change rooms. Quite robotic and young staff. The massage at the spa was disappointing, we had to tell them to insist in areas as they just touched as if applying moisturizer. I would have expected better skills. Yoga instructor - German only. Overall a bit disappointing to hear only German from staff. You need to be more inclusive with other nationalities and speak English. The yoga session was so boring - we literally repeated 5 moves for 1 hour. Also it didn't inspire wellness to me, it was more like a gym session. Then I saw the teacher eating junk food- fries and smoking - personal choice, but I am used to more experienced and health inspiring teachers. Bed too hard! I would have expected better quality mattress
The views, the ocean and the food was exceptional. Lunch by the ocean and dinner was absolutely amazing. The restaurant staff is very friendly and kind with babies. The nursery was so well equipped and the staff was so nice and kind. We were very impressed. This is one of the best trips we had and we felt at home. Especially with a baby, it was still so relaxing. Nursery- special thanks to Zizo who took care of our baby and she was very kind Kitchen- the chef lady was so lovely and kindly guided me on what is Gluten Free. Food was insanely delicious. Fine dine all inclusive - it's just another level.

FranceI understand that most of the clients are German speakers and therefore German is the preferred language everywhere. Whereas this was not a problem in the gym , saunas , bars or restaurants, I found the staff in the reception area shoud have a better command of English as it was sometimes difficult to be fully understood.For eexample when I checked out the very young German lady I talmed to had a very poor English and , in addition, was not used to use the hotel computer as she first thought that muy room was not paid. She had to call a more experienced colleague whith better English who finally dealt with me..Fortunately he corrected the wake up call time of SIX FIFTEEN which she had registered as SIX FIFTY !
The most striking point was the quality and wide choice of the food offered both at lunch time and in the evening, truly exceptional for a all inclusive hotel. Other good point the facilities for kep fit activities: swimming pools, gym, saunas,tennis etc...Even though the hotel is very large, we did not feel the pressure of large crowds as the hotel ground is very large, the restairants are immense and the staff plenty.

United KingdomFood : should aim for more options in the vegan category. Rooms: rooms only get heated in winter season. Although, it is lovely weather outside, some temp control (cooling in rooms) is needed to feel comfortable. Language: staff were brilliant but struggle with English as they mostly have European guests.
Room was excellent, grand and clean with lovely sea view. The food and drink options were varied and a great spread everyday. Lovely pools and gym onsite. Lots of activity options with tennis and games. A great place for an all inclusive stay.

United KingdomTurn up for dinner promptly at 7.30 pm or you may struggle to get a table! It took us a day to workout dining arrangements. It was made trickier as the main dining room is predominantly very large, often unfilled tables. We found the over 16 yrs room which was less intense! The all inclusive drinks menu was more limited than other places we had been - beer, G&T, house red/white/rose and, a fizzy wine.
Overall it really was magnificent. The first impressions were “wow”! And the hotel is very good at drama and theatre, e.g. huge decorations that change regularly at the pool or pulling out a lot of bikes from the gym for an outdoor class. The staff are very friendly and smiley. Almost everyone can speak English and German (the clientele were about 95% German). Reception were fabulous at sorting out airport transfers etc. It is a huge complex with a lot of space. There are many opportunities for sport and exercise, if this is what you wish to do. The choice of food was outstanding.

Spacious resort. Access to private beach. Towels for spa and beach are colour coded and always fresh. Textile sauna is really good with the view at the garden. Outside pool is really big so you can always find your sunbed. Staff mostly very nice and pleasant. The best staff member Brahim who is working like housekeeping at the beach. He is always in good form and keeps beach sunbeds tidy. Have to say maids are really well trained. The level of cleanliness is fantastic. Our room was always cleaned.
