Cost of the meal was a little expensive but the amount given was generous so couldn't complain. We had a car but parking was an issue and there wasn't much guidance given.

Nice room and bathroom was big and spacious. We had the meal at night which required pre ordering. The food was amazing and very tasty. Hanan was very kind and made us feel very welcomed.

The parking is a square at the start of the Medina which is guarded by attendants and supposedly by cameras. It cost me 70DH, it is not really a very nice place to leave your vehicle as it is surrounded by workshops, the next morning I found my bike covered in fine dust. If you have luggage there are people with a small push kart that can bring you to the guesthouse, 30DH one way.

The Riad is amazing and one of the best I´ve seen in Morocco. Beautiful renovated architecture but blended in with modern and stylish elements. A heavenly indoor patio with plants and trees, sitting benches, comfortable seats, rest area, music, a playroom with books &games available. The staff were very friendly and going the extra-mile. The room was again decorated superbly, simple but effective, high ceilings, wooden doors & windows. Superb bathroom, just missed a bit more soaps or gels. The roof terrace looks over Meknes and has sunbeds and loungers, it was a bit too hot for me at that moment. Breakfast was served in the patio, an abundance of fruit juices, cakes, breads, jams, fruit, eggs, too much too mention and too much to eat. Highly recommended.

The location and staff were amazing. Such a great oasis in Meknes. The fact they had their own wine to sell was a very nice bonus after a long day exploring.

Nothing bad to say about the place!

One of the cleanest accommodations I’ve ever stayed at, beautifully renovated and elegantly decorated! The patio was super pretty too as well as the balconies and the terrasse! The bed was super comfortable and the sheets and towels were of very good quality. The food was also excellent and the stuff were super nice, helpful and very accommodating. I’d definitely stay there again! It was like an oasis and I really got to relax and calm down thanks to this place! All in all great experience and it definitely justifies the price, since it was not one of the cheapest options in Meknès

The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great and the room modern, clean and comfortable. Riad Yamcha is a great small Riad in a very convenient and quiet location.

The staff only spoke French and Arabic and I needed to frequently resort to a translation app to make myself understood. Also the riad only takes cash and this was not made clear at any point in the visit until I was checking out. I needed to run to the main square to take out nearly €200 worth of cash. I could find no mention of this policy anywhere on the booking using the Booking.com app. It was only mentioned in the confirmation email in very small text, easily missed. For such prices I think it is unreasonably not to accept credit cards or debit cards in the 21st century.

We have stayed in many Riads throughout Morocco over the years and Riad Yamcha is one of our favourites. The owners and staff are warm and friendly, the food is fantastic and the whole atmosphere was laid back. Our room was very comfortable and clean, plus the roof terrace has great views over Meknes. All in all we can highly recommend Riad Yamcha.

Wow what a wonderful riad, my favourite find in five visits to Morocco. Reasonably priced and such high quality. Stunning architecture, tasteful decor, linen bedding and the best of all is the atmosphere created by our kind French hosts and their wonderful 3 women team, which made our stay just perfect. The breakfast room was heated and cosy, unlike many riads in January and we had a delicious dinner here as well, with beer and wine on offer. The roof terrace is an oasis of calm amongst the plants, with a great view, soft furnishings, a shower and comfortable cushions. We just loved this place, perfect for visiting Volubilis and the town. They arranged for a handcart for our suitcases to be taken through the pedestrian alleyways and even gave us sandwiches for the morning train ... superb! You won't regret it!

The rooms can be cold in the winter, installing radiators would be more effective for heating (rather than using the air con unit) and would be quieter too. Better sound insulation would be welcome too (The first call to prayer at 6:30 in the morning can be clearly heard).

great friendly staff, lovely courtyard, delicious meals, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed and comfortable public areas in the Riad. Only 5-6 rooms in total in the Riad, the service feels very personal and easy to meet other travellers in the public areas.

The riad was in general absolutely amazing. The people working there were great, so helpful and always made sure that everything is perfectly fine. The breakfast was the best we had during the whole vacation and they came up with different things every morning. When you order tea you always get a plate with sweets in addition. We wold definitely go there again, was the favourite Riad we had in Marokko.
