Great atmosphere and design, and right in the heart of the Medina. Staff were very accommodating and helpful, and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I would recommend this for both price and experience.

The cleanliness, every thing was spotless. I loved the Moroccan style of the furniture and decoration The view was amazing The breakfast was big and yummy The AC was good we didn’t feel the hot weather outside so we slept like angels . It is located in the middle of the old medina , surrounded by lot of traditional and antique shops. Fruit and vegetable markets, bakery , coffee shops.

The staff should speak English or Spanish. It was a bit hard to communicate with the guys in the reception.

I love that the place is in the Medina. Everything was clean and the room was big. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of things to choose from. The ladies are very helpful. They offered tea when we were in the terrace watching the sunset.

When we are looking for accommodation it was recommended to stay in Riad, Riad Tingis didn't disappoint us, we've experience a very moroccan vibe ambience. The fantastic overlooking view of the city while having breakfast. Gracias to the staff for an excellent service.

The AC in the room did not work well or cool much. Thankfully, it was not too warm in Tangier during our stay.

Good location, easy to find. Shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Toiletries in the room, fridge working , and air conditioning. Comfortable bed and friendly staff with Mint tea on arrival.

Rooms in Riads don't feel quite so private as a hotel, this is not really a negative, more like a wonderful family home stay.

Loved everything. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are beautiful. The roof top lovely view and a nice free moroccan tea on arrival. Breakfast was HUGE and delicious, best breakfast of our entire stay. Great internet.

Noise from medina through bathroom window, but quiet by midnight. Climb a lot of stairs to rooftop but breakfast is good reward!

Nothing was really bad

The place is authentic, peaceful and cozy. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and a special shoutout to the room service lady who was so kind and kept everything spotless each day. The location is perfect —just a few minute walk to most of the main attractions, right in the heart of the old medina. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view of both the town and the sea, which made our mornings. (Note: To reach the riad, you’ll need to walk about 3 minutes through narrow alleys from the main road, as taxis can’t get all the way to the door. It wasn’t a problem for us at all, but it’s something to keep in mind for accessibility) Our room looked just like the photos — a bit simple and cozy with an authentic Moroccan touch. The only downside was that our window opened onto the interior courtyard, so there wasn’t much fresh air from outside. But the A/C worked perfectly which made up for it. Overall, it was a nice stay and we had a great time!

The location is great. In the center of the old medina. Everything matches the photos and description. Breakfasts are great. Every day the room is cleaned, great. The staff is wonderful. Thank you for the opportunity to stay with you. I recommend. We had a family room for four people.
