Literally nothing! Our room even had a working TV!

The Riad is run by a local family who take very good care of their customers and facilities. The bed was the best bed we had in all of Morocco, luxury linens, firm mattress and great hot water pressure in the shower. Other perks included beautiful light fixtures, larger room size, tasteful furniture, exquisitely decorated lobby and plentiful breakfast with hot eggs, pancakes and breads! The location is ideal with walking distance to food and Medina attractions. Yahya was super helpful and gave us great tops for food and excursions. We will definitely come back to this riad whenever we visit Fas again

Raid Fes Colors is a family run raid. English, Arabic, and French are spoken by the family running the raid. Breakfast was incredible with excellent variety and plenty of food. The raid is located 5 min walk from Bab Jdid (one of the main gates to the old city). The taxi dropped us at the sidewalk in front of the raid (raid is 50 m uphill from the street sudd walk). The raid is a 10-minute walk from all tourist attractions. The room and bathroom are very clean. I will definitely stay in FRC again.

The mattress was pretty firm, but having stayed in other places in Morocco, that seems to be normal. It was comfortable enough for us, though.

The staff here is amazing. They were so flexible and helpful and went above and beyond in helping us gave a good experience in Fes. The Riad is beautiful and well located. I would definitely recommend!

Very clean and comfortable! Great water pressure, warm showers. Yummy free filling breakfast. Lovely terrasse with good wifi throughout the entire Riad. Booked the day trip to Chefchaouen with them; pick up & drop off directly at the Riad. They printed my boarding ticket for me to avoid the printing fee at the airport. They arranged 3:30am taxi to the airport for me, helped bring my luggage to the taxi & gave me a packed breakfast to take with me. Highly recommend!

The building itself is beautiful. The dining area is lovely and the gentleman, Ayou, who served us breakfast was charming. The owner went out of his way to be helpful. The comfort of the bed, the strength of the water pressure and the lotions and potions are worth special mentions!

It s an incredible stay in the Medina very close to the entrance to the markets, very Beautifull Riad , rooms are really nice and have an authentic feel about them, liked especially the showers and the old style windows, hosts are very helpfull and accomodating, needed a charger for my power bank and they didn t have one so they asked a neighboor, also helped me with my taxi to the airport, took me to greet the driver. Breakfast in the morning is the perfect way to start your day in Fes, Recommend 100%.

The hosts are wonderful, the Riad is very elegant and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious! They were very responsive and helpful! They went overboard with help really! They stored our luggage, personally led us to a store we were looking for and gave us helpful hints about walking the souk. I can't say enough about how amazing our room was! Very large and beautiful. Also, the location was great! It was the easiest of all our Riads to find and very close to safe parking as well as the Medina.

Everything was wonderful.

This is a beautifully updated 100+ year old riad located a short walk away from the souk (shopping area). We received a warm welcome from the owner and his wife, and gracious hospitality throughout our stay. They allowed us to drop off our luggage for safe storage before our check-in time. They watched them again after we checked out so we could do more exploring before we took them to our car (located in the secure parking area a short walk away from the riad). The room was charming AND comfortable: soft mattress, hot water and strong water pressure in the shower, and a heating/AC unit. This was our 7th place to stay in Morocco and was the highlight of our trip so far. We would love to come back here again!

Amazing hosts! They went out of their way to schedule taxis for us, give us travel advice for Fes and the other cities we were visiting, and even made early breakfast for us before our train. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve had in a long time. The shower was great and spacious. We also loved the location - just outside the Medina so you can explore easily without getting lost in the labyrinth.

the Riad Is in a very good location near bar cafes restaurants Medina mosques....The interior is astonishing,so beautiful.The room for me was perfect, huge bed nice bathroom and the good thing there's a heater...these past days it was really cold.The staff very nice and super helpful....I recommend it. I forgot the roof top...You can see the city....

The room is loud from noise from other guests and the street. A nightly cat gang fight happened outside the window. But we had read this in other reviews. We aren’t light sleepers so it wasn’t too bad for us but would be a consideration if you are a light sleeper.

The location is stellar. Very close to the medina for exploring but on a quiet street that is easy to find when you arrive. Also easy to access by taxi drop off! Owners are kind, especially the Mrs. The bed was much more comfortable than our other Morocco accommodations! We booked the small room and it worked great for us. Breakfast was very tasty and the addition of the two kinds of cheeses was a welcomed addition to breakfast.

Our husband and wife hosts were so friendly and accommodating, as was the man helping with breakfast etc. (please accept my apologies - my memory for names is not great). But they were all exceptional- from helping us get taxis, to tips on navigating the Medina, to anticipating when we needed the lights turned on to get up the stairs, to taking my wet clothes that I had hand washed and hung in the shower up to the roof to dry! Such attention to detail and graciousness made our stay all the better! The location was great - easy to find, quiet, and yet close to the all we wanted to see. Room was a good size, bed was comfy, breakfast was plentiful. We also had dinner here on our last night, and it was delicious! We highly recommend this road in Fez. Shuktan! ❤️

Very helpful staff, clean, good SPA, excellent breakfast and very well located. Just outside the medina and close to parking which is great combination as accommodation in medina would be very hard to find because medina in Fes is maze very google maps doesn’t work.
