Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Ten en cuenta que los clientes envían sus subpuntuaciones y puntuaciones generales de manera independiente, de modo que no hay relación directa entre ellos.
Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.
Contamos con personas y sistemas que están especializados en detectar comentarios falsos enviados a través de nuestra Plataforma. Si encontramos alguno, lo borramos y, si es necesario, tomamos las acciones necesarias contra la persona responsable.
Si alguna persona ve algo sospechoso, puede comunicárselo en todo momento al equipo de Atención al cliente para que nuestro equipo de Fraude pueda investigarlo.
Idealmente, publicamos todos los comentarios que recibimos, ya sean negativos o positivos. No obstante, no publicamos aquellos comentarios que contienen o hacen referencia, entre otras cosas, a:

Para garantizar que los comentarios son relevantes, solo aceptamos los que se envían en los tres meses siguientes al check-out, y solemos dejar de mostrarlos si tienen más de 36 meses o si el Alojamiento cambia de propietario.
El Alojamiento puede decidir si responder o no a los comentarios.

Comentario auténticoMi estancia en el Riad Sultana ha sido maravillosa de principio a fin. El lugar es precioso, con un encanto auténtico y detalles cuidados que te hacen sentir como en casa. Pero lo que realmente hace especial este riad es su gente. Quiero agradecer de corazón a Mohamed, el recepcionista, por su amabilidad, profesionalidad y disposición en todo momento. Siempre atento, con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. También quiero dar las gracias a las cocineras, cuyo cariño se nota en cada plato. Los desayunos fueron deliciosos, abundantes y preparados con mucho mimo. La ubicación es excelente para disfrutar de la Medina, y la hospitalidad que recibes aquí es difícil de encontrar en otros lugares. Sin duda, volveré y recomendaré Riad Sultana a todo el que quiera vivir la verdadera esencia de Tánger con el calor humano que lo hace único.

Comentario auténticoRiad Sultana es muy bonito Amina es un primor muy agradable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Todo el personal es genial, la decoración es sencilla pero muy bonita. El desayuno en la terraza puede ser lo mejor de todo, es muy variado, rico y bien presentado. Todo está muy bien diseñado para que la experiencia del viajero sea agradable y cómoda. Me ha gustado mucho sin duda volvería a repetir. La ubicación es un poco difícil la primera vez pero luego se le coge el truco Gracias por la hospitalidad
Mi sugerencia es algún cartel indicador para llegar más fácilmente. Y la ducha alguna forma de que el agua no se salga estaría bien

Comentario auténticoEl alojamiento está muy bien, tanto la habitación como el desayuno. Ya hemos estado varias veces y cada vez que podemos nos alojamos ahí.
Debería estar mejor localizable ya que está en la Medina y puedes perderte pero recomiendo ir ya que el personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo.

La primera habitación interior no era luminosa, después nos cambiaron y estuvo mucho mejor.
