Loved everything about it. The ideal riad. Lovely staff. Nice hammam. Good breakfast. Felt very well looked after and I will be recommending to all my friends and family. The beds were fine but could be improved a little. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly. And the towels were ready for replacement. These small things didn’t impact my experience significantly and overall it was still 10/10.

It’s a very very beautiful riad and the staff are very polite and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. I love the delicious home cooked breakfast too.

Breakfast service was rather haphazard and poorly managed. There was far too much food brought, but it came in a totally random order with often quite big gaps.

The decor and furniture inside the riad are unbelievable. Everywhere you went it was visually amazing. Each of the many areas had a different character and feel, which made the overall experience incredibly broad and diverse. Excellent value for money given how opulent and classy it was. We will definitely return there if we go back to Fes.

There was only one nuance in the restaurant. Usually the bill is written down to the room in which you live, and all bills are paid at the time of the check out, but when we came for dinner, the waiter in a very unfriendly manner said that we expect to pay the bill at the end of dinner, and we had to go to the room for a bank card, something was unpleasant. And this upset our stay here a little.

The property is perfectly located in the center of Fes, a few minutes (walking distance) from the Medina. And the Riad is exceptionally maintained given that it’s a 13th century home, everything is so clean and accessible.

The beds are on the "not so soft" side - but still better than usual in Morocco.

A wonderful riad within easy walking distance of the attractions in Marrakech. Wonderful and helpful hosts and nice and cozy rooms. Also the dinner on the rooftop terrace was nice! Next time in Marrakech we will come again.

Everything. Beautiful. Staff was so great, always smiling and ready to help. Abdul and Leena were really good. Every corner was the best spot to take pictures. Food, pool and location were good. Paid Parking was only a couple of minutes walk at a very cheap price.
