Although this property is in the Medina, it’s still a full 20-25 minute walk to the main sights in the Medina. Plus, the streets in this more local neighborhood get quite dirty so you will have to walk through quite a lot of trash to get there.

This Dar is lovely and very comfortable. We really liked our room.

We had an amazing stay in Fez! The riad was beautiful! Nour and Ayoub were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They organized our airport transfer, gave us great tips and explanations about the city, printed our boarding passes, and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us on our last day. Their hospitality was next level—we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Highly recommend this place!

Dar S'bah is a beautiful place to spend your vaccination in Fez. The decorations and the furniture were very classy. I loved the place and would definitely book it again. We had a great time in there.super friendly staff, thank you Nour even though she was on haliday but always was available on WhatsApp, Akika n Ayub were superb too and went extra to make us comfortable. Only issue I had that the room was cold and the heater wasn't working in my room when I spoke to Nour she provided with a small heater but it wasn't enough to keep the room warm enough but it was only a minor thing. The breakfast was good and tasty but a bit more varieties and healthy food would be nice. I have recommended to my family and friends.

Very friendly welcome by Nour, her husband and colleagues. Upon arrival it turned out there was an overbooking which prevented us from staying in this Riad. This was resolved super well and we were fortunately able to stay in another Riad and also received a free update. Nour, her husband and colleagues were very friendly, welcoming, interested and cheerful. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible and they certainly succeeded! We would recommend a stay with Nour, Sallah and colleagues to anyone.

A lovely welcoming spot to stay in Fez. Classic but paired back, light and fresh. Attention to detail in everything they do, from the design to the breakfast and everything in between. Nour was incredible, like our expert “on the ground”. She helped us with transfer from the airport, gave us breakfast the day we arrived because we got there so early, gave us tips for visiting Fez and even organised a trip for us to Merzouga Desert. Thank you Nour, Ayoub and Atika!

The communication was great from the moment we booked. The host and staff were really caring and went out of their way to help with questions and advice on the local area. I was unwell one of the nights and they all checked in on me and even made me a herbal tea to soothe my tummy. The rooms are sooo big, we had a massive bedroom with a big comfy bed, bathroom and a separate sitting room. It was also very quiet. Breakfast was great too.

December is cold, however the heater in the bathroom helped and we always had hot water.

The riad is beautiful and staff is really helpful. We also had dinner there and it was good. They arranged for us a taxi early in the morning. Very close to the location where taxi are stopping.

Loved our stay here. Nour was a such a warm and helpful host. She and the team helped us feel at home and gave us a safe doorway into the magical medieval city of downtown Fes. Breakfast was deli too! Other tips (ask Nour or Ayoub for details) 1. Restaurant Ouliya (amazing meat and prune tajine) 2. Rida (great Spanish and French-speaking Tourguide. Very knowledgeable and kind-hearted. Seems to know everyone in the souks

This is just a matter of staying in a place that is a part of the oldest and largest medina - it was quite chilly in the room (we visited in November so it's already colder, and there were tons of blankets to keep warm while sleeping) and the water sometimes didn't get super hot.

The hospitality provided by Nour, Ayoub, and Atika was absolutely amazing - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time in Fes. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and generous breakfasts during our stay, the property was always clean and we were always greeted with a smile. The dar is only a few minutes walk from where the taxi drops you off - although it feels like a maze the first time, they will meet you where the taxi drops you off and bring you to the dar so you don't get lost.

Riad is super quiet and super clean, breakfast is great but what we liked most are hosts. Nour Ayoub and Attica are so kind and helpfull about everything. Would like to visit again! Room is great. As a curly girl, my huge plus goes to hairdryer with a hair diffuzer for curls :D
