Amazing riad and rooms, felt like living in a palace, and the staff was even better, they went above and beyond for everything and were very friendly.

We chose Riad Rcif & Spa for our first visit to Fes, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, especially Noor, who went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed—including recommending fantastic local tours. The riad itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and thoughtfully designed rooms that reflect authentic Moroccan charm. The food was another highlight—breakfast and other meals we enjoyed at the riad were absolutely delicious. This place truly made our first time in Fes unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The staff is very nice. They welcomed us with tea and home made biscuits (the Ghriba with sesame is amazing). The room was clean and the bed very very comfortable! The view from the rooftop (breakfast and dinner spot) is great with the ruins that are enlightened in the evening.

My son and I stayed here last week and had an absolutely fantastic time!! The staff were great! Noor met us on our arrival, gave us tea and snacks. And explained the history of the riad, everything about the area, and helped arrange excursions. Breakfasts were huge, varied each day and delicious. The staff were super friendly and accommodating - thanks! The riad itself is like something out of a movie! Our room was clean, AC worked great and the beds were comfortable. This was our first time in Fes and would highly recommend it if you're looking for an outstanding riad in the Medina.

    Nothing. No complaints at all.

The accommodations are really nice and clean. Breakfast was also delicious with a nice view of the city. Staff (Noor and Abdul) was also helpful, arranging transportation to the train station and providing directions.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about!

The riad is stunning, with a charming and authentic atmosphere. Our room was spacious, featuring a large, modern bathroom and a large comfortable bed. Air-con worked well. Breakfast was delicious and served with a beautiful view, the perfect way to start the day. The staff were kind and attentive.

We were recommended a guided tour for two, but unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the 500 for 2,5 hours. The city guide was friendly, but we spent one hour in two shops/cooperative where most of it was showing us product they wanted to sell us.

I had an unforgettable two-day stay. The Riad is breathtakingly beautiful, with intricate traditional architecture (I could not stop taking vids of the room and Riad in general), warm Moroccan hospitality, and a peaceful ambiance that made me feel truly immersed in the city's history. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and the spa experience was deeply relaxing. Located near the heart of the medina, it was the perfect base to explore the old city. I would highly recommend Riad Rcif to anyone visiting Fes for an authentic and luxurious experience.

The location is impresice to say the least. The look and feel is amazing. The inside feels like a museum and a piece of history. The staff was nice.

It's really hard to get there. Don't count on google maps, it won't work in the Medina where the Riad is. Definitely don't trust the people trying to park you on the street, the police is going to lift your car in the morning. Also arive while is still light, the Medina feels pretty unsafe in the night time.
