Traditional moroccan breakfast, very welcoming and helpful staff and had a lovely stay! it’s also a BEAUTIFUL riad! So helpful and friendly as well- couldn’t recommend them enough

Everything was great! Even the hammam and massage were good but felt like they could’ve been better!

this riad is magic. bab doukkala is the best neighborhood and this spot is heaven. saïd, abdel, samir and the rest of the team effortlessly make you feel super safe and totally looked after. the breakfast is incredible, the vibes are immaculate, and the call to prayer experience from the rooftop is amazing. our kids also loved the resident cats and turtle and the plunge pools are beautiful. we stayed on both romi and beldi sides of the building and they both have the chilled energy and the deep sleep action.

they called a taxi for me to take me to the next place, about 1/5th of the distance the first taxi covered to bring me from the airport to their Riad, but it cost nearly double the price. No one spoke English, I had to wait> one hour for them to get someone who spoke English to tell me the routine. No one wears anything to tell you they work at the hotel, and the taxi drops you off in the Medina because the streets are too narrow to go any further. But they don't tell you they are going to do that. so the car just stops, they put your luggage on the ground and leave. you have no idea where you are. It turned out the man who grabbed my bag and took off with it worked for the hotel, but he didn't speak English, didn't speak to me or make eye contact, and didn't tell me what was happening. None of the staff made eye contact. I specifically introduced myself, but they didn't reciprocate. I was scammed by a man, when I left the hotel, who said he was a hotel employee, and the event I was going to had been cancelled. he said follow him to a different one, led me down an empty ally and demanded money to let me go. this is common. The event was not cancelled, and I just ran to get away from him. When I got back to the Riad, a staff member told me he had seen the man following me and to be careful. then why didn't he intervene, because he would only have been 5 metres away!!!!

service, communication, Even a tiny amount of manners, compassion, acknowledgement that I am human would have been nice. I am a 70 year old woman travelling alone.

It was in the easiest of locations in the heart of a busy area that wasn’t full of tourists. No need to lock up your door as there were staff there 24/7.

The location of the main pool was right outside someone’s room which made it look like it was for their exclusive use. We didn’t use it while the occupants were outside their room. The spa was secluded but not much good anyway. First it was too hot to enter then it was like sitting in a warm bath with no jet pressure.

The Riad sits in the north part of the Medina, its location is quite strategic to meander through the old city. Once in, the place offers comfort and a very relaxing and friendly environment. Rooms overlooking two small courtyards, one with a green swimming pool underneath and another one with a quite eating area.

The Riad is very well located in the Medina, easy to find. The environment is well curated, quiet, calm and relaxing. Rooms are clean and service is the best part, everyone is incredibly welcoming and ready to help. I had the best Tajine de beouf aux pruneaux in the city!!

Definitely recommend this for a solo or trip with friends or family.

    - Excellent location, close to local attractions in the medina, but quiet and serene - Beautifully decorated and clean throughout - Two pools to choose from and a great roof top terrace - 2 cats and a tortoise roaming the premises (adorable and cuddly!)

    - Room didn't have a mini bar which would be so useful in the 40 degree heat - We didn't get water on check in like in the other riad we stayed in, would have been a nice touch in the summer heat - Breakfast is tasty enough, but could do with a bit more variety - It was quite pricey for food/drinks in the hotel
