The best place we stayed in Morocco. The accommodation is right in the centre of town just minutes from all the main sights. But - my goodness - when you go through the door it’s is an oasis of coolness, cleanliness, calmness and beauty! We couldn’t believe what a sanctuary it was after the hot, busy and dusty streets. Great air conditioning, beautiful bathrooms, clean fluffy towels and all the toiletries you need. The roof terrace is EPIC!! But the best thing of all is the kind, attentive, unobtrusive and sweet owners who will do absolutely anything for you. They helped us out loads with what to do and were a fantastic source of information. Will definitely be going back.

Perfect location in the middle of the Medina just off the busy street. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us with our itinerary. Many recommendations were given for restaurants, hammams and things to do. The place felt very relaxing and the room was spacious. There is a great roof terrace. We really enjoyed our time here! We stayed at a different riad in Marrakesh as well but it could not top this one. We left early in the morning before breakfast was served but got a breakfast box to go instead which was great!

The Riad is amazing, very well located, staff is super friendly, rooms are comfortable, and breakfast is great! You are in the middle of the Medina in a traditional but modern space which made our stay incredible

The power went out a couple of times due to heavy rain, nothing to blame the property for, but that was a bit annoying.

Centrally located with everything in walking distance. Comfy beds and very clean, breakfast also very good & with everything you need for a busy day in the Medina. Super nice staff who organized everything we asked for. If you have questions about the arabic culture just asked them and you will have a nice discussion 😊. We'd stay there again.

Breakfast was the same everyday. No drinks available outside of breakfast or any thing available in the room. Lack of communication when asking for taxi pick up from the airport on arrival.

Riad Olika was perfect for what we needed. It took a while to find it as with all Riads in that part of Marrakesh, but once we found our way, it was easy to navigate and just a few minutes walk from the main square. It's amazing how quiet it is once inside and that you wouldn't know it was that close to the square. We were given mint tea and desserts on arrival which was a nice touch after all the travelling. Air con was a bonus as it was around 31 degrees when we stayed and I struggle with heat usually. The room was clean and had a modern working toilet and shower which is what we wanted. The staff were very attentive at breakfast time and were kind enough to let us leave baggage while we went on an excursion after we checked out. Would stay here again.

The riad is very very tricky to find initially; if I’d sorted out my SIM before travelling, I would have received messages offering us a person to come and collect us from either the airport or the Square so no one at the riad is to blame. The staff are wonderful, helpful, kind, generous and super hard working. The rooms are really clean and decorated prettily. They are serviced every day. The only issue we had was that the beds are very hard. The riad is right in the heart of the Medina. Arriving at night (particularly Friday) is exciting and wonderfully chaotic so if you’d rather have a quieter start than an immersive one, arrive in the day. There is still earthquake damage very close by so it must be realised that the rubble and broken buildings are not simply dilapidated buildings they are the legacy of a terrible event and in any case are a fascinating reminder of Marrakech people’s resilience. There are superb places to shop and eat on the doorstep. If you want to eat at the riad, they will need notice as they are a small team with a small kitchen who work insanely hard. If you are an early riser, before the staff start their day, there is a brilliant coffee kiosk a heartbeat away and you get to see the souk at its quietest. Breakfast was wonderful too. I highly recommend Riad Olika.

It was a little bit hard to find as there was no sign with name on the door, but it is marked correctly on the google maps. It would be nice to have an option for savoury breakfast rather than sweet.

Great location, very close to souks and the main square. Rooms are comfortable and cozy. There is a nice rooftop terrace where you can chill out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It is a small, very quiet and clean Riad in the middle of bubbling Medina. Rooms are nicely decorated and cousy. Breakfast if very good and staff is extremely polite and friendly.
