Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomBeautiful place, the staff were so helpful and welcoming. It’s down a quiet side street just outside of all the hustle and bustle. There is a lovely man in a souk down this alley who was really friendly that we had to mention.

United KingdomWe were welcomed warmly by Mohammad, who showed us the room and offered some help about the visits we wanted to do in Marrakesh. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, with one king size bed (UK standard) and 2 single beds. The bathroom was lovely too. Breakfast was really nice, in the middle of the riad, by the water area. We had a late flight booked and the hotel kindly kept our luggage all day after we checked out, allowing us as well to wait in their lounge until our departure for the airport. We felt very safe and were well looked after by Mohammad, Aziz and the two other lovely ladies working there. The location in the medina just 3min from walk from the lively streets going to Jemaa el Fna square.

PortugalWe had a fantastic stay at Riad Nora. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed — even with a late check-in. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available, making us feel truly at home. The entire place was amazing. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable, while entering smelled fresh and well cared for. Breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented, with plenty of delicious options for all tastes. The Riad Nora is stunning, just like the photos (or even better in person!). Every detail is thoughtfully designed, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. What touched us most was the genuine hospitality. When we left, we were told: “This is your home in Marrakech.” And that’s exactly how it felt. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

United KingdomNothing to not like for the price and central location. We were also offered use of the spa facilities (at a cost) of the Riad opposite which was a great bonus. (Rooftop pool and spa)
The property was hidden away from the busy main square and hustle and bustle of the main souks, but central enough to be in the thick of it in only a short walk. Mohammad was an excellent host who clearly cared about making the guests feel welcomed. The breakfast varied each day and were delicious. We had a Family room at the bottom of the house which was ample in size for a few nights. The roof terrace was a beautiful haven and place to enjoy a quiet breakfast. Although the pool was too chilly to fully dip in, it was great way to soak your feet after a long day walking around the Medina.

United KingdomThe property is really well maintained and central. Rooms are good size and well isolated from the outside noise. Aziz, Mohammed, Fatima and Faud were increíble good hosts. Breakfast was really yummy! If we come back to Morocco we would definitely be back to Riad Nora.

United KingdomThe Riad is beautiful and we had a very large family room downstairs by the pool which was lovely. They have a couple of sun lounges on the rooftop which were really lovely and then you can dip in the cold pool afterwards. The location is fantastic and right next to the Medina and only a few minutes walk Into the hustle and bustle. It is really quiet at night as tucked away. The only issue we had was with breakfast as we booked a taxi to the airport at 8:30 and we were promised breakfast at 7:45 but it unfortunately it did not arrive until 10 minutes before the taxi and was rather poor in comparison to other breakfasts we have had in Morocco. This was a shame as the rest of the Riad was very clean and comfortable and a lovely place to stay.

AustraliaRiad Nora is your own private oasis in a busy Marrakech. The beautiful property is in a nice quiet area, but still easily walkable to key sites. The staff, especially Mohammed, were incredibly accommodating and friendly - helping us book tours and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

United StatesRiad Nora was very close to the square but far enough to miss all the noise. The best thing about this Riad is the staff attentiveness. Aziz, Mohammed, and Foad all provided A+ service. The breakfast was delicious and it was a bit different every day so we didn’t get tired of it. Overall, I would recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrekech!

United StatesThe kids thought the plunge pool was very cold, but that's to be expected when the purpose of the courtyard is to be cool! After showering, the moisture takes a while to dissipate so be sure to open all windows after showering. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. We have very few complaints.
This riad is in a perfect location on the outside of the main part of the medina, and just around the corner from the Bahia Palace and the Tinsmith's Square. Service was impeccable, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. We loved having tea up on the rooftop with a view of the surrounding roofs and alleys. The staff was very willing to help with everything we needed. The inside courtyard was quiet and peaceful. They also served a wonderful local breakfast each morning. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

United KingdomThe rooms were a little dark so made it difficult to do makeup if you’re waking up before sunrise. Gap in the door to bathroom. Rooms were very cold at night time so we needed blankets.
This Riad was a last minute booking. The staff were really friendly. The room was really clean. The guy went out his way to make us takeaway breakfast in the morning to take with us on our trip. He also gave us extra blankets. Definitely good value for money! Breakfast was tasty and the riad was in a really good location.

BelgiumNothing, everything was as expected or above expectations.
Extremely friendly, hospitable, helpful and enthusiastic employees. Very good breakfast and very clean rooms. They recommended an improved taxi service (Mercedes van) with driver Hamid. Fantastic driver who also served as a guide in the price. Location was ideal, the riad was located in a street directly adjacent to a parking lot where there were constant taxis and through which you had access to the souks. Very nice, pleasant and sun-drenched roof terrace in the morning. Very cozy courtyard with a nice small swimming pool.

United KingdomWhat I didn't like was the water was never replenished, and after a busy day, we forgot to buy water on the way back, and it was late. We were let in by a staff member, but after that, it's really dark in the Riad and so I wasn't able to request any. It's very quiet and cold at night.
Riad Nora is a beautiful Riad, very clean and traditional, a little rustic, but nice. It's was a lot smaller than I imagined it to be, but it we had a pleasant stay, we had data so finding the place wasn't a problem however it is 10 minutes walk from the Car park, which at night can be a bit tricky, we did see other travellers struggling to find the riad.

GibraltarI don't actually think that they could improve on anything. Riad Nora is a true gem, and we’re so grateful for this unforgettable experience. Thank you to Aziz and the team! We will definitely be back.
To be honest, we loved absolutely everything. Breakfasts were served on the rooftop, with a different variety of fresh and homemade cakes, pancakes and fruit each morning, with fresh juice and great coffee. On the day of an early excursion, they thoughtfully prepared a breakfast-to-go, complete with homemade cakes and buns. They also prepared us dinner the night we arrived as we were late, which was fabulous. The location was super. Central to everything. A couple of minute walk to the main square one way and then a couple minute walk the other way to where the taxi's and tour buses pick up and drop off. The Riad itself is stunningly beautiful, immaculately clean, and meticulously detailed, but the level of service and care provided by Aziz and his team was, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever experienced. They made us feel genuinely special every moment of our stay. (and in Fluent English). Nothing was too much trouble.
