Love the patio and rooftop and the decor. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and kind. They helped me out from the time I had booked the rooms until we left. They breakfast was delicious!!

Bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable

I only stayed for a night and the room was comfortable. I didnt get to experience the breakfast or rooftop pool.

The room could have been bigger, there was no conditioner

great & helpful staff that even walked me to an early morning taxi. The beds are very comfortable and the roof with the pool was lovely!

This place has a great atmosphere, is clean, and the breakfasts are delicious... but it's the incredibly friendly staff that makes the biggest impression. Their smiles and kindness are invaluable.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We were a group of women only and still felt respected and and cared for in a respectful way. All the little things that went wrong were picked up very well by the staff and the were very consideratie of every situation. Lachen, Yves, Aziz and Aymen and the others guys we got to know were amazing.

Everything has been just perfect

Perfect location, quiet about 10 minutes walk from main square.

The room has it's area where you could hangout/sit/relax. It is spacious enough for all our luggage which we liked the most because we can easily move around and get our stuff from the luggage when we need it. The rooftop is beautiful. We always eat our breakfast there and the food they serve was also good. Always with fresh orange juice. The pool at the roof top is nice. It was just a bit cold at night when we were that we were not able to use the pool. The location is perfect coz it's just few steps away from the main road where you can get a taxi. Outside this property is already the alley with many vendors and it leads to Medina square. It's just few mins away going to the Medina. All the staff were nice and very helpful. Big thanks for all their help.

The water in the shower was too hot. It was difficult to take a shower because once it gets hot, it won't go back to normal or cold temp, even if I adjusted it to cold temperature,it didn't change. I needed to turn it off then turn it on again after few minutes to be able to finish my shower. I forgot to report it to the staff since it was always late when I use the shower and then,in the morning, we were already busy preparing to leave for our tour that I forgot about it. Maybe if I told the staff,they could have done something with the water temperature of the shower.

Everything was perfect. Staff is amazingly welcoming and polite. Breakfast is generous and is made of omelette, yogurt, fresh fruit, cake, and 2 different moroccan breads and pancakes. All the Riad is super clean (staff always clean throughout the day, inside and outside). Terrace is big and the pool is perfect. Water is warm and it is very nice to get into it. Always under the sun with comfy sunbeds. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn't there (under construction) but that didn't bother us. Room for 3 is good size with nice lighting. Perfect shower pressure. Beds are comfy (the single bed was hard but it was the comfiest, in my opinion) Location is perfect. Many restaurants, shops, groceries, taxis and ATM around (2 min walk).

2 soap dispensers in the room were broken and never replaced even if told 2 times. Taxi fee from Riad too expensive (20 euro to the airport when the real cost is 7 euro).

EVERYTHING! The staff were amazing! Picked up from the airport and met by staff at the drop off point. They collected our bags, welcomed us to the beautiful inside courtyard with tea while they checked us in. We stayed on night in the Imperial Suite and one night in the Standard room. Both were absolutely impeccable. They let us leave our bags in the room and placed them in our new room for us. It was my husband’s birthday, and surprised him at breakfast (delicious selection) with a cake and lovely Happy Birthday song. We can’t fault a thing! The location is superb, and so close to Jemaa El-Fnaa Square. All staff were so attentive and helpful. The rooms and the whole Riad is very clean. Would 100000% recommend staying here!

Good location. Amongst staff Moha at the terrace made our stay pleasurable so big thank you to him.

Took 3 hrs to prepare the room that was given to us eventually late afternoon and this was a small room and not the room specifications that we had paid 125 pounds per night for. The breakfast was poor and items were clearly recycled from previous customers and if you ask for water instead of juice you are expected to pay for the water - never come across this before. It was pathetic.

Perfect location, so clean and nice. The staff is so kind.

hot tub was out of action but that’s a small issue - probably not needed as the temperature warms - may have been due to recent rain to be fair .

The location was great being just off Tinsmith Square. Short walk into the main square but on the periphery so that you can easily get taxis to/from the airport. staff were excellent and couldnt do enough for you. Breakfast was great and plenty of it.

Loved the heated swimming pool, and open until midnight. Perfect rooftop retreat after exploring Marrakesh. Location is fantastic - short walk into centre square, fantastic shops along the way. Round the corner from Palace too

high carb breakfast- mainly because it didn’t help my low carb diet !!! Everything else was great
