An authentic Fassi place par excellence. The owner and the staff are extremely helpful, especially the owner. The breakfast is truly Fassi and exceptional.

Beautiful place! The host was very helpful & welcoming. Food was amazing. No hassle with checkout time. Even offered a shower after checkout & having come back from visiting the Medina.

Great location with a beautiful interior, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Lotfi did his best in arranging everything we asked , local guides, excursions, transfers to airport, even restaurant bookings. Breakfast was gorgeous with fresh juice everyday. Within the medina but easily approached by car too. Overall a lovely stay.

We had dinner in the Riad one night , the set up was absolutely beautiful but the food could take some improvement.

The Riad is gorgeous. The owner Mr. Lotfi was very kind and helpful. All the staffs specially Fatema Zahra and Maryam were kind and attentive. The riad is very clean and spotless. The breakfast is festive. It is a buffet style with lots of verity of food that is changing daily. The rooftop is a nice place to relax during the day. The location is 10 min walk to Blue gate so it is very convenient. Mr. Lotfi arranged a very professional guide for us and we enjoyed visiting Old Madina. Mr Lotfi also upgraded our room free of charge. The Riad is a gem. Great place to stay at Fes.

It would be great if they provide water bottle daily when cleaning the room.

Beautiful, beautiful Riad. Great location in the amazing medina of Fes. Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. English language skills were below par (they spoke many other languages quite well— Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian.) Our room was spacious and regal.

Everything about this riad was stunning. Place was immaculate and stunning in aesthetics. The staff was increbily welcoming and helpful. They even prepared for us an early breakfast since we had to leave early and were only there for one night.

An ideal Riad as expected looking through the photos. Really nicely maintained, friendly staff, amazing presentation, etc. Breakfast was very good, with lots of variety… we also had dinner - except pre-made cocktails, we enjoyed the food. Location is in the middle of old town…

Probably the best place we stayed while spending the holiday in Morocco. Unbelievably terrific staff with an incredibly beautiful building just steps from the labyrinth of the medina. Highly recommended.

Everything. This Riad is a wonderful piece of architecture, richly decorated and impecably clean. The staff was amazing (my special thanks to Abdul and Marian) and the food was superb. Rooms 100% clean, spacious and confortable. Very nice shower. Perfectly located.

We could have stayed longer there. we miss it....

This review is not about the property rather about its management. The location is horrible. Inside the maze of alleyways of the old city that the GPS is inactive but with many local young men are active to harasse you for a tip. After an hour of search we could not find the property but the harassment was so much that our spouses refused to continue and demanded that we leave the neighbourhood. After finding the car with much difficulty we left and informed the hotel. They insisted that we should have sent them our location so they could help us find our way. Our explanation that without the GPS this would not have been possible fell on deaf ears. Even Booking.com asked the hotel to forego charging us but the hotel was not open to the idea and charged us the full fee.

Our experience with Riad Nass Zmane was exceptional, especially everything that comes to service. The staff was very nice and helpful and could predict our needs. They were very flexible too, we were provided with breakfast even when we had to leave much earlier then the time breakfast usually starts. Also the breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Morocco! A lot of alternatives, a variety of fresh fruits everyday - we absolutely loved staying there 🧡💛

Riad Fes Nass Zmane truly is a magical place with all the amenities needed in a room, outstanding views of the Medina, and superior customer service. I am so grateful that we were able to stay there! Abdul Malik, Mariam, and the manager, Lofti are who really made this place so wonderful and truly memorable. They were always accessible and willing to help with any tasks: hammam recommendations, room service, mint tea, and even assistance with carrying bags after a long day of shopping(guilty!). I also recommend the food at the Riad as it is freshly made. Their breakfast buffet was also delicious. Overall, I’m a huge fan. I am truly grateful for the experience I had there and will never forget them.

Great place in Fes

Awesome Riat. The owner is super helpful and friendly. The rooftop is the best in town overlooking the Medina. Great for the prayer calling. The bfast was the best on the trip. Staff super helpful and we got a 2nd baby cod on requests. East to go to the median and all the sites.
