The riad we stayed in was immaculate, very spacious and comfortable to reside in. I loved how each bedroom has it own on suite, enabling people to have their own privacy. All facilities were working superbly (kitchen and bathroom) the terrace was a lovely play to relax and enjoy the sun with comfy seating. The location itself was amazing, everything is nearby, the shops, the Masjid and pool were like a two minute walking distance from each other. Highly recommend this riad if you're going to Marakesh, you will not be dissapointed.

This is the largest property we've ever stayed in; spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the roof terrace which we used for breakfast and for relaxing in the evening. Excellent communication meant all went smoothly.

Picking up and returning the keys require in-person meeting - this reduces flexibility, but is not too significant. Pool: I have no idea where it actually was, lady who met us did not speak English to show, but it was not important to us and also weather in February is not yet good for pool, so we did not bother to look for it :) I would specify in description that 4 bathrooms are not always located within each of 4 bedrooms. No mistakes here, but numbers automatically made me assume that each bedroom has private bathroom, but only 2 have it. Other 2 bathrooms are in hallways, which is fine, but good to know when making decision.

The house was very spacious, way larger than we expected! Location: this is matter of what you need. For car-users this location is perfect - just behind Medina walls, but access by car is convenient, easy to get out of Marrakech if needed, parking available which might be an issue within Medina walls. Kitchen is well equipped. House is clean. Roof-top terrace was beautiful (and would serve perfectly in warmer season). Each room has air-conditioner to warm up rooms in February and probably to cool down later in summer. If I returned with family or friends to Marrakech, I would definitely consider this place again!

Location was bit far from city.

The host was really nice and helpful. They were able to locate the apartment very well. The property was massive and has a terrace with nice view. It was really clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was able to store our luggage after the checkout and she was very helpful. The lady who was taking care of the property was extremely nice too.

Pool was a little walk away from the riad in shared complex and was a bit officious to get entry and rules so didn't bother. Remember to pack a few dish washer tabs.

Large, secluded roof terrace and plenty of rooms and space inside. Great area with convenient, small grocery stores and cafes nearby. Good comms and easy check-in. We walked into Marrakech medina easily but take care over busy ring road. Managed to get local cable channels to watch Euros football too. Parking was always easy. Remember to check in with security on gate when arriving.

the house was very big and spacious, perfect for a big family as there were lots of rooms.Habiba was really kind during our visit.We found it really convinient as the house was close to a lot of shops,we definently recommend staying here for holidays.

Great place with all the amenities! Perfect contact and amazing terrace! U can use the pool, inside restaurant is cheap and tasty, there is barber, pharmacy and cheap supermarket:) highly recommended

Loved this place! It was just what we needed. A break from the busyness and a chance to relax. Its huge so was great to spread out and enjoy the space. Super helpful to have access to the washing machine and line on roof to catch up with washing. Enjoyed the rooftop in the evening when it's cooler. The pool is gorgeous and we had a great time there with the kids. Useful to have shops and restaurant within the complex. Very safe area. Imane the host was a brilliant communicator. She helped resolve an issue when booking.com cancelled our booking in error and was so responsive whenever we had a question.

Nothing to dislike

The Riad was just as shown on booking.com, all the photos matched up, if anything it felt bigger for us all to have our own space (especially with 3 teens) after a day out. Riad had everything we needed, The kitchen was so well equipped, that I was able to cook dinner and we ate on the terrace under the stars. Air-conditioning in all the rooms which was so good. The Raid is in a little compound therefore we felt safe and free to roam around on our own (when booking I didn't realise this). It had shops, cafes, mosque, pool, fresh bread and much more. If wanting to go out anywhere we felt we needed a taxi which was easy to get hold of from the gates of the compound. Communication was good with Imaan, responding quickly and making contact soon after we made the booking. Giving us contact numbers and helping to sort out the transport from the airport. Habiba was very helpful and when I enquired about washing powder, the next morning she posted it (Which was very much needed).

Bathrooms definitely need some finishing touches.

There is nothing not to like. The host is super responsive, everything was arranged perfectly. The transport from the airport was on the expensive side but it's stress- free to be delivered right to the front doors. Place is hudge and clean, convenience stores and fast food restaurants on site.

The host was excellent and very helpful, we loved our stay at the Riad and all the photos matched up as the property and the facilities were great. The AC and WiFi worked well and the host helped us with letting us know places we could shop and where we could exchange money which was incredibly helpful. She also directed us to great places to eat and transport information. We would definitely come here again and enjoyed our stay.

The whole house is Specious, clean and have typical Moroccan features. The host has regular contact with us and recommend us where to get SIM card and exchange currency.

The house is wonderful with big bedrooms and well equipped bathrooms.The kitchen is also very clean and cozy. There are plenty of restaurants, shops nearby. We were invited very warmly and the host was very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this place while you are visiting Marrakesh.
