Just finding the Riad for the first time - very tricky - wouldn't want to stay here alone as a female and walk back and forth solo of an evening. Otherwise it was perfect.

The Riad is beautiful, great location though tricky to find and get to when you don't know where it is. The staff are all amazing and so so helpful and friendly, Karim and Abdul are wonderful and couldn't have done more to ensure we had a great stay.

Location was surprising at first! I was worried about getting lost and to get back at night. The staff was there 24/7 to help getting places or getting back at anytime. It’s 5 mins from jamaa el fna.

It was a beautiful gem in the Medina. Loved that it was connected to another incredible riad. Breakfast in a gorgeous setting. Staff was extremely friendly and made stay special.

The only little thing I would say, is that navigating your way back to the ryad is a little difficult if you don’t have a good sense of direction, which I don’t😏

The Ryad was delightful, especially the staff, they were so welcoming especially Karim who was extremely helpful with any questions I had, Meena who always asked if I needed anything, finally the wonderful cook who always had a smile on her face, and served up delicious food, especially breakfast. The room was always neat clean and tidy, after coming back from a morning trip, to even after having an afternoon siesta and returning in the night time, the room again had the bed made and clothes folded. Overall a wonderful stay.

The room internal noise isolation could be better.

Very pretty riad. The location is perfect since it's just enough sheltered from the medina's crowd and noises, but at the same time, it's very close to everything. The room was well equipped.

We stayed in Eau de Rose room this time, the only thing I would say is if you have any mobility issues you may find the bed hard to get out of as it is sunken.

This is our second visit to Riad Lorsya and again it was great, location is fabulous, short walk to the Main square through the Souks, and close to Le Jardin Secret which we really liked. The Riad is beautiful, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful roof terrace also.

The worst part, after midnight the gates of medina center closes and the way looks like Impossible to comeback, and Google Maps cant work with that The Im Lost on town nothing about "Riad" Hotel just about the city place

our stay in the riad was nice overall. interior is really nice, staff is ok, location is good, clean, water pressure in shower is good, breakfast nice. despite our room was small, space of the riad is large. car parking is 5-10 minutes away.

In the Medina there are serious issues. Immediate regulation by police required. Locals cordon off streets (witn official looking fences etc) but then "help" you home. Literally like a bad movie. The street scum will ruin this place, and nobody seems bothered. Simple solutions. More lighting, licensed guides, wifi (as there is none and nobody can afford wifi at 7gbp per mb!!) it places people at risk.

The Riad is a great place. If you get there. That's a big "if". It's a stunning building, great facilities. But there are serious issues.

Overall the best Riad I stayed at in Marrakesh. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very nice and vibey room / suite, superb breakfast. Location and especially value also great! Will definitely stay here again on my next Marrakesh visit.

Very beautiful riad in a good location in the medina, easy to navigate to the main square. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and cleaned daily. Class terraces to eat, have a glass of wine or relax at the end of the day. Simple breakfast but very welcome. We enjoyed our time at Riad Lorsya.
