issue checking in they tried to charge us again and said we hadn't paid then they had to contact the manager when we told them we had already paid, not a good system

The tent was I bit cold during the night but that's expected being winter.

The Riad is very old and rooms are not in good conditions. There are holes in the wall and ceiling of the shower + some little insects around the toilet. It has a lot of potential, but it is missing some cleaning and restoration.

Mustapha & Omar are amazing hosts. They think about every detail and the assistance is excellent.

Climbing stairs, sharing a room. Squeaky bed. Could have had curtains around the beds for more privacy.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Noise level died by 22:00 so you could sleep Decent breakfast. Location was excellent.

I really liked the location, with everything close by. The staff is very friendly, Ibrahim, Ali and Chamaie, always available to help. I felt well received, they are very hospitable. I recommend it 100%.

I think the rooms could get a lot more comfortable with small touches (having a cup-holder for toothbrush, having a curtain for the shower so the water does not spill over to the bathroom as it is slippery or maybe having some extra towels in the shower floor, newer beddings as ours had some inky spots and didn't look new).

Ali and staff were very friendly and we liked our interactions with them. Both the eggs and coffee that they prepared in the morning were great too. In the morning, there was a lady who was thoroughly cleaning the stairs as well. This place was colorful, right in the medina, and had a nice terrace.

Don't accept credit card though Booking.com says they do. Withdrawed cash paying commission just for them. hot water supply seems not enough.

This riad is a mix of double rooms and dorms so attracts short stay singles and friend groups as well as couples. There was quite a lot of noise from other guests on occasion and the doors/shutters are of traditional design, pretty but not made for heat or sound insulation.

Authentic charm and good location. Staff lovely and helpful.

In fact this is hostel,not hotel.For some of backpackers could be fantastic🤔No windows👎Using the toilet in presence of Your partner is rather embarrasing😩,due to the lack of door. Breakfast starts at seven,but We had to wake up the guy sleeping in dining room at 7:20.Extremly dissaponted served us cold breakfast(coffee was hot)and went back to bed next to us, commentig in arabic his dissapointment.

The staff is very accomodating. From the cleaner, helper and also Hussein. He did an exceptional job on looking after the guest. He is welcoming and eagers to get to know all the guest. The place is clean and comfortable. You have your own toilet and shower. It is very quiet and chill place to stay. They provide towels for the guest.
