In general the surrounding area of the riad is very dirty, but it is what that part Marrakech is about: busy souks with lots of people and motorcycles, street food with yelling salesmens and overall very colorful craziness :D

We liked the interior design overall, the riad's garden was very beautiful and calming. We liked the morning coffee ☀️☕ it was a spiced coffee and one of the best that we had during this vacation so far! And the mint tea of course was a good one. The place is also very good if you like to stay in busy madina, but in general everything outside the riad was very dirty. Staff was very helpful as well.

This hotel will definitely let you feeling you are in holiday. When nice door with beautiful color. And When I go into the yard i totally be amazed with this fantastic yard. Falling love with this place immediately. Even I thought Even not go outside only stay here everyday all feel so peaceful and enjoyable. The stuff are so friendly. Even the first day when i arrived in Marrakech i was stolen my whole money by someone really let me so upset and sadly, But the stuff and this yard totally treat me Lots. Strongly recommend to you stay this hotel. You won't be any dispoint!

Internet is not the fastest here, but I think the connection inside the medina in general is not the best

Beautiful riad that feels like a sanctuary inside the crowd of medina. The staffs were very attentive and accommodating for us. The room is huge and nicely decorated. Important thing: I’d suggest everyone to take the airport transfer because this riad might be difficult to find upon your first time coming here. But once you find it, it’s be quiete easy to navigate around

It's not a complaint🙏 but breakfast could be a bit better. However, it is a 3 star Riad, and you get what you pay .10 out of 10 for that.

The place is amazing, the same as the people that work there really hard. People are very friendly .Accommodation is cleaned every day. Central location, few meters from restaurants and souks and 5min walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa

The riad was beautiful inside and when we arrived we were served hot tea. The courtyard is very relaxing and we enjoying spending time in it. Our room was also beautiful and was well designed with a private patio. There was also a roof top that we enjoyed in the morning. Everything was clean and better than I expected.

Beautiful Riad, very well located. Best breakfast we had during our stay in Morocco. The family room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It had an amazing view overlooking the roofs of Marrakech. Though there we quite some stairs to climb to get there, this was not an issue for us. The staff was very friendly and providing great service. This Riaf is definitely a recommendation.

Riad is in a alley, so you have to walk a bit inside which is ok but little scary at first as you are in a different country and do not know what to expect. But later the staff said that it is extremely safe place to even walk at night

Nothing really. If anything, some tips about how to get there on arrival eg with taxi from airport. They usually stop near Ben Salah.

The atmosphere - peaceful magical courtyard. Our room was almost a large apartment with an huge anteroom/balcony and access to roof terrace. Plenty of private areas on roof Hamza looked after us very well. He was pretty amazing

Hamza and the staff made sure our stay is comfortable as much as they could. They were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome as if we are at our home. We really enjoyed sipping their delicious tea at the courtyard after our long days in Marrakesh. This moment was always the best of all with the soothing sound of running water in the background. Their breakfast also was good. The room was spacious and comfortable. I’d definitely go back !

It is right in the center of the Medina, which is great for Medina access but not so great for taxis to get out of the Medina. So it depends what you are looking for.

Staff were lovely. The room was very clean and very quiet, and we loved the private terrace. The Riad is so nice and great value for money.
