The design of the property is truly unique and exceptionally beautiful. The room was stunning, spacious, and maintained spotlessly clean every day. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay – very friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer great recommendations for places to visit. The food was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the rooftop area, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay. In the evenings, we spent time in the city and, no matter the hour, the staff would kindly open for us – the location is very secure, with controlled access, so only guests can enter. The property is also conveniently located, within close distance to many tourist attractions.

Riad Ksar Al Amal was the perfect place for our five day stay in Marrakech. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our honeymoon. From the beautifully designed room, courtyard, rooftop and pool, there were so many places to relax and take in the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were so welcoming from the start, and made us feel at home. They really made our stay here special. It was also the perfect location for exploring Marrakech. We did the airport pickup with the riad and also dinner two nights on the rooftop. We would highly recommend this!

A personal Jardin Majorelle in the heart of Marrakesh! Truly beautiful design. Every person who worked here was also so incredibly kind, genuine and helpful. The rooftop deck / pool was ideal for sunset views and cooling down after a hot day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious. Especially the fresh juice. Merci beaucoup!

The riad is absolutely wonderful. Even more beautiful in person than in photos. Located in a quiet and comfortable street away from the hustle and bustle of the square, where you can breathe the air of the real Marrakech.

We had a rental car, there is parking a short walk away from the hotel but driving in the city to the parking can be pretty tricky. I guess that comes with the great central location of the hotel, just better not to bring your car

The staff were all so lovely and attentive. They made huge efforts to make you feel as if you were staying at a home away from home. From the minute we entered the riad we were greeted and given a map with suggestions of where to visit over a lovely moroccan tea. Every day the staff by the rooftop pool were chatty and smiley and it made for such a brilliant and pleasant stay. The staff were attentive to every single need. I would definitely stay again.

The Riad is nice, comfortable and clean. The entire staff extremely kind and prompt is solve any request. For example during the first night the clima was not properly working but they immediately solved the problem. One member of our group is celiac and they organized gluten free breakfast.

Amazing Riad in great location near the Palace. Beautiful roof terrace and pool. We had a meal on our first night of local cuisine which was fabulous and authentic. All the staff were amazing and so helpful and rooms beautifully appointed. Can highly recommend.

there wasn't anything we disliked!

The rooms are Incredible, you feel like you are transported away to a luxury home and not some souless hotel. we were early and got greeted with traditional Moroccan tea and pastries as they got our room ready and we were taken through a local map of good places to visit and we circled to help you start off. Then we got a tour of the riad and it's facilities. I just want to say the service is exceptional, everyone is so friendly and can't drop enough for you (though we aren't a demanding couple at all). breakfast is a lovely Moroccan affair with fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, dried fruits, some breads/pancakes, coffee and fresh fruit. my wife had a hamman and massage and said it was incredible in the spa that is downstairs. The riad itself is situated a couple of minutes off the road (really easy to find) just by the spice markets and is next to the palace and a story walk into the souks. most things are within a twenty minute walk from this riad or shorter. would highly recommend!

The Riad and staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop terraces and swimming pool were a plus on hot afternoons following lots of walking exploring Marrakech sights.

The staff went above and beyond to meet every need. My flight was delayed by over hours which meant I arrived after midnight. They arranged to meet me and help with my luggage and ensured I had something to eat. The breakfast was lovely. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely stay here again and again.

We loved our stay here. My husband, myself and adult daughter shared a very comfortable , clean room on the ground floor which opened onto the large central internal courtyard. Very quiet. Large bathroom. Lovely to sit in this beautiful courtyard area which at night was lit with candles. Gorgeous! Breakfast which was served on the rooftop terrace was delicious. It included fresh fruit, yogurt, good coffee, selections of roti like bread. Was a great start to the day. All staff were so kind and extremely helpful. Perfect!

It was a little spooky during dark hours haha. A little weird cold lighting everywhere luckily the lit candles warmed up the place during nights.
