Nothing that spoilt my stay

Where do I start ! The receptionist maybe ! Hajiba the darling of this establishment, it seems she is well connected and also if you like me had any apprehensions of Marrakesh she put them to bed ! Trust me people I ta call about the vibe, and she makes you fell like a guest in its truest sense ! Mo Salah also works there and he too is the best ! All staff very friendly clean rooms and genuine smiles all round ❤️ I can’t actually say I have any complaint your in the heart of the madness but as your the expression goes ‘eye of the storm ‘ you are the eye !

This riad was exceptional, I loved my two nights here. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, and having spent the previous week travelling around Morocco, it was a peaceful haven to relax and chill out. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious (had brekkie and dinner), and there were so many common areas to enjoy, for example the patio around the pool, the little reading room and the rooftop terrace. The customer service was second to none. I also used the spa, which was 10/10. I couldn't recommend Riad Kasbah highly enough.

Although in the kasbah, we felt a little out of it and was 15 min walk to the square. Shower wasn’t great. Beds were two twins together so had a big wooden slat down the middle.

The shower was very weak but it is a very old building and maybe to be expected. There is no view from the bedroom with an outdoor terrace despite it saying so on the website. Despite this the room is definitley worth booking.

The staff were exceptional. We had a slight problem with our aircon but it was resolved as quickly as possible. The Riad is charming and feels very authentic.

The staff was helpful in any way, the room was clean and comfortable, and the road felt like an oasis in the middle of the craziness and fun Marrakech has to offer. Also, the location of the Riad could not be more convenient.

We can't rate this place enough! Every single member of staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay incredible. The walk to the main square is about 10 mins max so such a great location. Pool was cold in May but that was perfect after a hot day of exploring. We can't wait to stay again and would recommend endlessly

This riad is very beautiful and located at the edge of the Medina, close to the Saadian Tombs and Bab Agnaou. It is a short walk from Jeema el Fna, Kotubiyya Mosque, the souks and the luxury hotel La Mamounia. These sites are unmissable. The staff are extremely friendly, particularly Gilbert, Mehdi and Hadiya. The breakfast was simple but delicious and consisted of bread, omelette, flaky Moroccan pancake (msemen), cakes, butter, jams, fruits, home made yogurt, fresh orange juice and coffee/milk. In keeping with the riad, the roons are rather rustic but confortable.

Everything was fab. Nothing not to like.

The RIAD was absolutely fantastic in every aspect. The room was big and very comfortable, food especially the breakfast great, the spa is a must! The RIAD is an oasis of calm and beauty in a brilliant but busy city. As for the staff, everyone one of them was exceptional. They all go above and beyond in every aspect of your stay.

Water pipes burst during the night which woke us up and gave us a fright! It also meant we had no hot water on our last day however staff accommodated by giving us an alternative shower with a bucket.

The Riad was so so beautiful, nothing like I’ve ever seen before! Staff were very attentive Breakfast tasted delicious however I do wish there was slightly more variety Rooms very very clean and comfortable Would definitely stay here again

The staff is exceptional and will do everything to make your stay fit your needs. I have rarely seen such a nice sense of service and pleasing. The fact is they are very flexible and you end up feeling your are at home. The riad is also well located, close to a gate to quickly get out of the Medina, will being 10mn walk for Jemaa el-Fnaa place.

Stunning architecture and interior. A feast for the senses for the first time Traveller to Morocco. Exceptionally friendly staff. Very helpful also with organizing day trip. Beautiful dinner.
