Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

JapanNo issues at all.
This riad is a lovely place to stay in Marrakech. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well. There wasn’t a fridge at first, but when I asked, they provided one, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, and on the day I had to leave very early, they even prepared a takeaway package for me. The riad was clean, the service was excellent, and it’s easy to access. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

United StatesThe rooms are a bit small, so it was hard to find space to place suitcases.
Breakfast was delicious and freshly served to us on the rooftop. The rooms were very clean and it is clear the entire riad has been ugraded. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The air conditioning system was strong. It was overall peaceful and quiet- never dealt with too much noise.

We love the fact that we could experience the riad, but in modern way. It was really comfortable, elegant, yet traditional in its own way. Property is very neat and clean, and love that the medina is just walking distance. We booked the room with breakfast, and that is the best decision ever! Orange juice freshly squeezed, baghrir, amlou, msemen, harcha. Everything is perfect. We were alwayssss looking forward to breakfast, lolz. Maryam was very helpful, so were the rest of the staffs, always pleasant. All in all, we love our stay (:

United KingdomEverything was great.
We had a truly lovely stay—such a welcoming and cozy atmosphere that felt just like home. The staff were incredibly sweet and attentive, making our experience all the more memorable. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh bed sheets and towels provided without fail. Breakfast was included and the team prepared it with such care, every morning felt special. A heartfelt thank you to Bilal, our night-shift receptionist at the riad, whose kindness and professionalism stood out. We'd love to stay at the same riad again if we return in the future. Many thanks to everyone for making our visit so delightful.🥰♥️

BelgiumA bit noisy but … since I travel with my earplugs & my sleeping mask : not an issue for sleeping. Was surprised not to have wifi on the terrasse for breakfast to organise the day with some friends staying in a Riad nearby
Clean neat and very good taste in sober decoration for room number 1 ( would love to know how where to get a woollen blanket like the one in the room if you can help ) Comfortable and modern sanitary ! Mini split in room helps with heat at night. Very comfortable room. Amazing hospitality Jamal & Bilal were very helpful with communication and helpful tips. The breakfast is delightful little portions of a lot of very tasty local bites : the kitchen ladies were very flexible & did adjust when I had to leave early to pack in one of my container. The terrasse upstairs is really great for breakfast. Sitting area on ground floor for friends to wait. Good there is a curfew

United KingdomIt was not easy to find the place as It is located in the middle of medina. But Google map helped us to find the place. We needed to walk through narrow and dark pathways to get to this place (which is quite normal in Medina) I was slightly nervous at first, but I didn’t need to worry as the surroundings were safe. We walked everywhere.
The location of the place and cleanness of the room. We liked spending time at the top terrace. Breakfast was great. Hospitality was also great - the staffs were there when we needed.

TurkeyGeneral issue with the riad is that you always need to carry your luggage upstairs to your room. But there is nothing to do as they cannot obviously built a lift inside.
Riad is just in the middle of Medina. So close to the main road where you can get a taxi. Riad has modern touch while preserving traditional look. Employees were so kind and smiling. Our room was in the 2nd floor. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom was small. Sink was the smallest I have ever seen. There was no problem with the drainage in the shower. There is a washing and drying amenities you can use on the rooftop. They charge per cycle but fee is considerable okay. We had to check out at 7am. At our request, they prepared breakfast at 6.30am. Breakfast was delicious. We had a trip to Ouarzazate. We requested if they could keep our luggage for a day during our check out and we could pickup after a day. They totally understood and accepted. We kept our luggage in the room and when we arrived we picked it up from reception in the ground floor.

United KingdomAmazing riad right in the Medina. Very warm welcome by the lovely staff who made me and my three children feel instantly at home. Beautiful roof top terrace to relax. Breakfast was delicious and catered well to gluten free too. Amazingly quiet and peaceful despite being so central. A magical hidden place to stay.

United StatesIt was really loud and I couldn't sleep my first night because the neighboring establishments were blasting music into the early morning. On my second day there, I got food poisoning and tried to rest but they were doing construction on the riad so there was loud hammering and they kept trying to clean my room when I told them no in the morning.
It was a very pretty riad in the middle of the medina. The staff was friendly and had everything you needed for a stay. They are flexible with breakfast and will pack it to go if you have to leave early.

GermanyI stayed on the 3rd floor, and the breakfast area was on the rooftop (4th floor). When I went for breakfast, there was no staff present, and there were no signs of food being prepared. I waited for about 10-15 minutes, but no one showed up. Feeling confused, we had to go down to the ground floor to ask about breakfast. It was very inconvenient to go up and down the stairs like that. It would be much better if at least one staff member was stationed there to assist guests and avoid confusion.
I really liked the room—it was clean and spacious. The breakfast options were also great.
