From arrival, Tarek, Nourelhouda and staff could not have done more to make us feel at home. The Riad is beautiful in every way and the rooms are unique and characterful. Riad Jnane Ines is the perfect place to escape from the outside world :)

This is a lovely place, relaxed and heading for over relaxed. We had stayed there before and son knew what to expect.

The only small thing we would improve is the pillows — they were a bit too hard for our taste.

We stayed here for one night to relax in the middle of our road trip. If you have more time and want to unwind, you could easily stay longer. Everything was perfect: the room was clean, spacious, and beautifully styled, and we really liked the overall design of the entire area. The swimming pool and the surroundings were very nice as well. We also loved seeing the riad’s animals — there were horses, chickens, ducks and a dog. Breakfast was good. Based on other reviews, we decided not to have dinner here, so we can’t comment on that. The medina is about 15 minutes away by car. The staff was incredibly friendly — we were welcomed with tea and a little snack. The location was a bit tricky to find at first, but with the signs along the way - it was manageable.

Nothing other than better signage to direct to riad

Everything was lovely. Excellent staff, beautiful riad, good food with generous portions. We asked for a mixed omelette for breakfast and were served the most delicious Moroccan omelette of our whole two week stay in Morocco. We got lost en route so rang the hotel and the owner sent someone to meet us and lead us to the riad. Our suite was lovely and spacious and the large bed very comfortable. Pool looked inviting but a little cold for us.

The first morning we didn't have a lot of water pressure in the shower, but the second morning it was fine. So this might happen, but not a big problem

We had a really pleasant stay in Riad Jnane Ines. It is about a 15 minute drive to Taroudant, which is fine. You enter the riad and find yourself in a quiet oasis with really friendly staff and good food.

Magnificent place, a living museum, a must-visit. Just walk around the building and enjoy its setting and beauty. Charming courthouse with a beautiful pool surrounded by orange trees. The pictures on Booking.com don’t reflect the beauty of the place. Too bad my stay was very short. Next time I visit Morocco, I’ll make sure to spend a few nights here. It really needs more people to keep on top of the maintenance. Our shower didn't drain and the garden furniture was dusty. The food at dinner was very disappointing considering the price. It was a birthday treat, so we wished we had eaten at a restaurant in the town. We have had much better food at less expensive Riads and hotels.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was very nice as befitting the price. It is a beautiful setting and the rooms are lavish. The bed linen was lovely but the towels had seen better days.
