We couldn't find the Riyad easily we spent long time looking for it even if Soufian tried his best to locate the place for us

Everything especially the front desk guys Soufian and Doha ... the breakfast was very delicious and served with their hearts great Moroccan cook.

It is a small charming riad very close to Bab boujloud safest place de stroll around by night as well. Rooms are cosy, rich breakfast and very friendly staff. And then manager Doha, she is just great🙂. Thanks.

Lovely road perfectly located in the medina. Doha was a lovely hostess and answered all our questions, helping us getting around. Breakfast was a lovely way to start the day. Overall really recommend.

The location was excellent, and the host and staff were so warm and welcoming. This is a beautiful riad and it really felt like home. They served an excellent breakfast each morning. Our room was spacious and clean.

We were separated from the rest of the group who was placed in another Riad (lower quality, same price). It seems from the Booking reviews that this happened a few times before. The staff was not very kind, always trying to cheat guests to get more money

It would have been nice to have relaxing chairs on the rooftop, to be more relaxed upstairs! But off course that is just a recommendation for the riad, our stay was great.

Very kind people, great location, very nice rooms, nice breakfast. Great help with everything from the staff. Very quiet area, very quiet riad, but that off course depends on other guests as well. It is in the best area of Fes to stay, close to the blue gate, with a lot of eating options in the neighbourhood.

Lovely comfortable room on the first floor, not huge but a good firm bed. Bathroom was quite small but again everything worked fine and some basic shower gel was provided. F

I booked a budget room and it was really tiny. It was very cramped for someone my size. When taking a shower, some of the water spilled into the room.Be careful when booking this type of room. However, overall you can be satisfied.

We left our original accommodation due to it being filthy and came to Riad Fes Unique. Wow what a breath of fresh air, the staff here are so accomodating and the location was perfect. I couldn't recommend staying here enough, such a good price for quality stay. They even provided gluten free bread for my boyfriend who has a gluten allergy. Thank you so much!

We only stayed here one night before an early morning tour but I would happily have stayed longer. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. They made us a welcome tea and even packed us a breakfast when they learned we had to leave early. I highly recommend it!

Didn't like the fact I was put right at the top floor. I did ask for a lower level on my booking. I was offered lower level next day, but hardly worth moving for such short period of visit. Didn't want to have to pack my stuff up and move rooms. Just think it was a lack of communication. Other people staying were very noisy till gone 02.30am Making it hard to sleep. Doors slamming, someone on the phone chatting, someone coughing for 3 hours. Could here a washing machine. The breakfast lady arrives around 7am, so that woke me up again. Other than that, it's a lovely, easy to get to place to stay.

The location is perfect (couple of minutes from the Blue Gate inside tge Medins), the staff is friendly and helpful (especially Doha that helped us to arranged excursions and Abdulrahman) Good breakfast.
