There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything is exquisite and excellent at Riad Due. The interiors are masterfully decorated, the staff goes above and beyond to elevate your experience, Elena is the best hostess and there is nothing she can’t do. I came to Riad Due for the first time in November 2024 and I couldn’t wait to come back in May 2025. The best guest experience ever.

Absolutely magical stay at Riad Due! The riad is stunning—beautifully designed with a peaceful courtyard and rooftop terrace. Our room was spacious and full of character. Elena, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location is ideal, right in the medina but still calm and quiet. Highly recommend for a luxurious, authentic Marrakesh experience!

The setting of Riad Due is wonderful. Within the soukh but providing an oasis of tranquility and charm. The interiors will make you smile. The colour and originality are stand out. Elenor and her team couldn’t have been more warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The roof terrace is spectacular with a beautifully curated selection of cactus and other succulents. All in all, Riad Due and the team ensured we had the most memorable stay in Marrakesh.

I find it hard to find any fault at all.

It was beautiful and stylish, lots of space to use and a very happy atmosphere. Elena and all the staff were a pleasure to deal with and always on hand with good advice and a genuine smile. Our room was enormous and very calm, a perfect retreat from the Medina. The location is ideal if you want to be in or get out of the city walls. A beautiful roof terrace was our sanctuary for breakfast and relaxing in the sun. We ate an evening meal on arrival and it was delicious and we had the place to ourselves. Service was attentive but not distracting. I can’t recommend the place highly enough. We will stay again when we return to Marrakech

Everything was perfect

When we discovered Riad Due on Booking, it was love at first sight. We couldn’t have asked for a better place as it was absolutely stunning! Everything was out of this world: our room, the decor, the rooftop terrace, and the beautiful reading room with the library, which featured books about Morocco, and many more by renowned authors. Riad is a place where life imitates art...We were gently awoken by the singing of birds every morning, and the tranquility made it the perfect escape. Riad also has a great location - with nice souks, restaurants and all sights of walking distance. Elena was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The rest of the staff was equally amazing. We will definitely be returning! We walked into the riad as strangers looking for a nice break and we left as friends. The Riad is bursting with colour and comfort but also has a calmness that is needed after spending days in the souks and muséums. It has small areas where we could go and relax and have tea and home baked Moroccan delicacies. My favourite was the library.. and I could always find my daughter there. The roof terrace is also bursting with colour and cactus with comfortable beds to lounge on - a real sun trap. The staff, from Elena, who helped us with planning, always had a welcoming présence. She just exuded the chic and vibrant design of the Riad - she fit in perfectly! Khalid and the others were always there to help, to serve tea or just offer a smile... all done with the traditional morroocan kindness and hospitalité. I don't remember feeling so enveloped with such warmth on a trip before. We had dinner in the Riad the first night and I think it was the best meal of our trip. The Riad is right in the thock of the médina but we had help getting to and from the riad with our bags. This was so helpful! I left loving Morocco even more than I loved it before... BTW, the rooms and bathrooms are sumptuous and full of Moroccan style. They are large and incredibly comfortable.

The beauty of the Riad, the design is incredible, especially the bedrooms. Plus, the bedrooms are huge so we do not hear anything from others bedrooms like it can happen on other Riad. Plants everywhere - if you love plants you will love it there. The food is also incredible as well as the staff who is really nice!

No bad experience during my entire stay to be honest.

Breakfast "buffet" was amazing. I love the selection was "unlimited" The staff won't stop offering you something unless you tell them you're already good with what you have. I love how they're very accommodating with all my requests; from nail clippers, taxis, dental assistance, midnight snack etcetera. You name it, and they'll find a way to assist/fix/accommodate it. They really care about you and your stay and I appreciate that a lot. They even sang a "Happy birthday" song to me.

What can I say, this was our first riad stay, and it was fantastic! Unfortunately, we were only there one night, but we wish we could have stayed longer. Elena was the best! The riad was gorgeous! I could have stayed and chatted with Elena for hours. We will definitely be back!

There was nothing negative about the Riad, the scooters/moped's in the Medina really create a lot of smoke/exhaust not sure why this haven't been made pedestrian only
