Lovely atmosphere in this Riad, beautifully decorated and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. Aymane made sure we had everything we needed and nothing was too much for him. Breakfast was delicious and served on the upstairs terrace which was beautiful.

No water for arriving guests (0.5 litres would be enough) after a long journey. Also no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee

Very nice staff, especially the lady who makes breakfast. Breakfast is really great and big amount. Also the AC is effective though a little noisy. Compared to other riads good sound insulation. In a good location.

The Riad is small and not fancy in any way but it makes up for it with incredibly friendly and relaxed staff that puts you at ease as well as lovely chill vibe in general. The place is smaller than it looks in pictures but I was ok with that. the terrace is very cute and I highly recommend having an early breakfast there on your first day. You are in the middle of the Souks of the medina but once you are inside the Riad it feel like you are somewhere else, quite, cool and they play lovely relaxing sounds in the ground floor.

The property was centrally located and the staff were so kind and helpful. They make your bed every day and have the best value breakfast (€4!) They also have a lovely balcony which you can chill in the afternoon - given how close it is to centre, it can be a quick break from the hustle and bustle that’s not too far away. Despite it being so central - it was very quiet, great AC as well. The price you pay for this is unbelievable value for money - if you are only staying in Marrakesh for 2-4 days, couldn’t recommend enough, a true hidden gem.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. We could leave our baggage there till we could officially check in. The room and rooftop is very comfortable and invites you to relax. The breakfast was also very nice and plentiful. Would definitely come back again!

We truly loved our stay at Riad of the Light. The atmosphere is calm and serene. We especially appreciated the warm welcome, the kindness of the staff. The location is perfect: central but quiet. We loved the peaceful rooftop, the delicious homemade breakfast, and the attention to detail throughout. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged.

The riad was wonderful, very near to the center of the Medina. The bed was so confortable and the room so big. The owner and the family were friendly and the breakfast was amazing with pancakes, fruit and tea or coffe. I will recommend it and If some day I have to visit I will return

I stayed in the most beautiful, elegant-looking hotel. The rooms are unique, with stunning views. Room rates are also reasonable. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The excellent location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply amazing.I really liked the location in the city center and the atmosphere. I will definitely come back!

The entry to the property is located via a souk so it is a short walk from where the taxi drops you which can be tricky with large suitcases off however really helpful instructions were provided to help with navigation to the property.

The owners were really lovely and provided us with any information we needed. The room were clean and comfortable. Being a light sleeper, I considered our room to be really quiet despite the location. Breakfast was amazing and generous. The internet was also very reliable.

Beautiful riad based in a great location within the medina. Just steps from the hustle and bustle this is a peaceful oasis of calm. Really handy for any excursions as its minutes away from a main pickup/drop off spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and don't forget the cat! Breakfast was plentiful and served on the gorgeous roof top terrace. The room was comfortable and clean.

The toilet is quite small. The airport transfer was comfortable but expensive. If you don’t have much luggage would suggest taking the public transport for just 4 MAD per pax.

We liked everything and everyone in Riad. The stay was amazing and we felt like home. Mohamed is a lovely host, so helpful and accommodating and nice and friendly on top of that. Wafa the lady that was serving us breakfast is so nice and friendly. One morning after breakfast she put music... some kind of piano music. Omg... I thought I was in heaven. The place smells so nice, looks very aesthetic and music on top of that was just pure heaven. Her and Mohamed are the soul of the Riad. And Nado the cat as well. Such a friendly cat.The food was amazing. Dinners are to die for. So delicious. We just loved everything and felt very looked after.
