Ibrahim and Mustapha were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, taking care of all our needs and arrangements. Breakfast was amazing every morning. The hotel is inside the Medina, just a short walk from the Blue Gate. Since cars are not allowed in the Medina due to the narrow streets, the parking lot is about 8–10 minutes away. Ibrahim and Mustapha even walked with us each time to make sure we didn’t get lost. Truly outstanding hospitality—I couldn’t recommend this place more!

From the moment we arrived in Fez and at the hotel ,everything about our stay was beyond incredible.the hotel was absolutely amazing, a true oasis of beauty, comfort, and luxury.Every detail was thoughtfully designed ,traditionally architecture, a peaceful escape tucked inside the vibrant medina ,with every corner echoing moroccan charm and offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. What truly made our stay stand out was the HOSPITALITY !! The host Ibrahim was simple amazing , he made us feel like honored guest from the very beginning, along with his pal Omar, their warmth , attentiveness and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the family. The breakfast has been the absolutely highlight to begin the day with !! { little side note , a moment that touched us deeply was when i ask Ibrahim late at night for a candle for my son's bd next morning and he somehow managed to serve us a whole cake at 6 a before we had to leave , to this day i have no idea where he got the cake from middle of the night but the fact he went out of his way to make that moment special for our son speaks volumes about his kindness and dedication. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return at any time soon !

The manager, Ibrahim, was exceedingly helpful, providing clear instructions to navigate the city, and providing suggestions for places to visit and eat. He also provided top notch service and gave us breakfast to go as our bus left very early in the morning. The facilities were spacey and clean, and the riad is very well located. About half way between main attractions in the medina. Would definitely recommend.

No words to describe this Riad, the staff was absolutely amazing and really helpful with everything, we felt spoiled every day and the had the best attitude, the room was spotless clean and he had free water no limit, the best riad in our whole stay in morroco. The location exceptional! Don’t doubt for a second to stay here, the are so kind and friendly. Abraham and Mustafa so respectful and helpful, they were available through WhatsApp and solve 82873 problems for us!

Very clean ,comfortable beds, great location and quiet area of the Medina. Nicely decorated, with extra touches that made the room unique. Our host Briham made the biggest difference., along with Mufasa. He was outstanding, met us at the drop off point upon arrival with a porter for our luggage. Provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. very sincere, with genuine concerns regarding a family member who was feeling unwell. Very friendly and personable, attentive to our needs and took a general interest in our daily activities. He arranged a guide to take us around the Medina (Omar), who we highly recommend for other visitors. Breakfast was very good, generous selection of beverages and pastries. A truly memorable stay in Fes.

We absolutely loved our stay in Riad Diamant! It’s a beautiful and peaceful place right in the heart of the Medina and very close to the Blue Gate. The Riad has the Moroccan charm and it was immaculate. The hosts were truly amazing, very welcoming and attentive, and made us feel at home. Huge thanks to Ibrahim who was polite, helpful and very informative, and gave us good tips on the city and restaurant recommendations (all fab!). Ibrahim speaks several languages and was a joy to talk to. Mustafa was also very friendly and helpful and taught us a few Berber words. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was a feast every morning, fresh and delicious. It was our first time in Morocco but we will no doubt be back to explore more of this fascinating country!

Everything was good. The staff introduced a lot of Moroccan culture, but sometimes they seemed too enthusiastic and needed to have a better sense of boundaries.

The location is not far from the Blue Gate, and it is easy to find. The interior decoration is very beautiful, the room is very clean, and the breakfast is very rich

We enjoyed our stay at Diamant de Fés a lot. Mohammad is such a nice guy with a good humour, vibrant energy and interesting talks - and with very good recommendations regarding our travel plans. He made sure we always had enough water (for free) and was available and helpful 24/7. The room was clean and the location of the hotel is perfect for discovering the Medina. We couldn't have wished for more.

The guys were exceptional! Warm, kind and welcoming. They made our stay really cozy and helped us with everything we needed. Bonus points because they were really talkative so whenever we came home or left we had a chat (probably my favourite part of our stay)

We loved everything about this riad--we have nothing negative to say.

We LOVED this riad! It was very beautiful but there are many beautiful riads. The location was perfect and close to everything in the medina. What really set this place apart was the service. We felt like we were part of a family while staying there. Muhammad was our main point of contact. He messaged us before we arrived and met us right where the taxi dropped us off to walk us to the riad. He even made sure we had someone who would cart our three large pieces of luggage into the Medina and to the riad. Upon arrival, we enjoyed some mint tea while he gave us a rundown of the riad and Fes. Muhammad and all of the staff were so sweet with our 7 year old son--he had new best friends after the trip. They walked us to and from our dinner reservations so we wouldn't get lost (the medina is quite the maze). They set us up with an amazing guide and the breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. We could tell they really wanted to make sure that our stay in Fes was amazing! I would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting Fes!

We opted to be taken to a restaurant on the first night. The food was good but it was obviously set up only for tourists which we would not choose ourselves. We booked a walking tour of Fez for the first day to familiarise ourselves with the location but the guide was keen to take us to places where we might spend money - we were not comfortable with this even though he was not too pushy.

The young men who ran the riad were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. We were escorted to & from the riad from/to our taxi which they had organised for us. The riad is traditionally furnished , very clean & comfortable with a great breakfast served on the terrace. Very quiet.

We had an amazing experience at the beautiful Riad Diamant. Wonderful staff and beautiful Riad. It is conveniently located near the Blue Gate (about 8 minutes walk) Mohammed and Ibrahim were very friendly and extremely helpful. They gave us lots of helpful tips of restaurants and places to go. Mohammed and Ibrahim were incredibly professional and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and they were so kind to prepare a breakfast box when we had to leave early.

The host was very nice and he gave us excellent recommendations when it comes to food and interesting places to visit. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The entire riad is nicely decorated and is in a good location for exploring Medina.
