The only problem about the property was the location!! If you have heavy, big bags, I do not recommend this place as it requires you to walk through the souks which was slightly off-putting. Otherwise, the place is very very beautiful! and satisfying.

Hard to find as the riad is not clearly signposted and situated down a very secluded backstreet within the heart of marrakech. We walked past it 3 times before we were told what door we had to knock by a local. Air conditioning could have been a little better but we really enjoyed our stay.

The traditional feel of the riad and it was well furnished for guests. Bed was comfortable. We had to leave early next morning before breakfast started so they packed us a breakfast to take away which was very thoughtful.

Riad is located in side alleys and kind of difficult to find at first. As a woman I wouldn’t be comfortable going there in the night alone.

Location is hard for access with taxi or any means of transport. Best to walk as what you will pay is not worth it. Near center of the plaza so it's a quick walk. You will have to deal with the suitcase and noise because the streets are made of rock but people don't seem to mind it. If you have a heavy luggage some people will help you take your things to your hotel but they will ask for money. Don't trust the taxi drivers as some will get you another place or just circle around to tell you they can't access and you have to walk. Which is true, but again they should be honest and many will not tell you.

Everything was fine, the room was clean and bed was good enough to sleep. This was one of many hotels I stayed and can say that Marroco has a general bed issue. The base of the beds on most hotels I stayed was the same. Cranky, noisy and sturdy. So it's not only here. I had my own bathroom outside the room but that floor was only used by me so was fine. I could sleep peacefully and they respected my time and peace. They also gave good suggestions for bathhouse and food. The staff was kind and honest with their opinion which for me as a tourist well appreciated. I did not have breakfast here or any other services so I cannot attest for that.

The room we stayed in opened straight on to the communal area so it was a bit noisy. Not a huge problem. It was a bit tricky to find. There is no name on the door, only a number. Again, not a huge problem, but worth knowing. I am uploading a picture of the front door!

Location couldn't have been better. 5 minutes from many attractions. Breakfast was very good. Host was very helpful. Room clean and comfortable.

Same as the other reviews. Originally finding the Riad can be difficult and the bathrooms need updating. But to be honest no complaints!

Breakfast was great! Aesthetically the Riad was beautiful. Rooftop is lovely to have. Staff were brilliant. Location was good if you are looking to stay very central, perfect for me (and no noise!). Exceptional value for money! Would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely place to spend the last night of our trip. A great location in the middle of the Medina yet very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was cosy and decorated really nicely. We would return.

I would prefer if the door to entry had the name of the property, it has just the number so look the number to arrive and I also would like that the shower was a little bit bigger to put your feet.

Everything was perfect except the fact that i found hair in my bed (so linen maybe were not changed from the previous guest) and there isn’t a sign on the door to recognize the access to the Riad. I got lost 2-3 times because the street looks all the same (and even if the riad is in the city center, in the streets close to riad i didn’t feel safe…) It’s better to be in a group and not alone.

My room wasn't together with my bathroom, i needed to pass the floor to get there. But every other room has an included bathroom.

The Riad was very beautiful The staff was very friendly and very accommodating and left no request or question unanswered.
