This property is simply stunning in every way. Much thought has been given to the decor, collection of artefacts, comfort of the guests, and it is in the best location to explore the old city. The staff attended to our every need with delight, and passion for this beautiful and peaceful environment. Dinner served in house was superb!

Only minor comment is the room was quite dark (given the riad layout), with only a small window - some additional lamps could help with getting ready!

Beautiful riad in a central location, with very easy access to the main souks and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and help with booking hamams, taxis etc - a huge thank you to Etienne, Ayub and Abdul in particular for this. The room was more spacious than expected and beautifully decorated. The riad also offers a nice rooftop seating area for breakfast, with a small plunge pool and peaceful area to relax.

Riad Dar Fanny is exceptional. From the rooms to the staff and everything in between our stay was truly one of a kind. I originally only booked Riad Dar Fanny for a one night stay as we had booked a tour that came with accommodations that were selected for us. But when we got to our new Riad we were less than satisfied with our new accommodations to put it kindly. This prompted me to text Riad Dar Fanny in the middle of the night asking if they had a room available for the remainder of our stay in Marrakech. I’m sure Fanny and the rest of her staff were a little shocked and confused by the midnight cry for help, but they welcomed us back with warm hospitality and of course a hot glass of mint tea. I can’t speak highly enough of Riad Dar Fanny and will recommend it to anyone who comes to the beautiful city of Marrakech.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

The Riad is a rare find. Everything from the decor to customer service is sheer quality. I must emphasise the Riad is outstandingly beautiful. I truly felt welcomed from the moment I arrived - the staff were very professional and super friendly. Food was exceptionally tasty and prepared with love. I also was very impressed with their airport transfer service (I got ready much earlier for departure and the driver was already there waiting). I very much look forward to going back soon.

One small tip for future guests: if you can, try to book a room on the upper floor, as the soundproofing on the ground level is not as strong.

Staying at this riad was an unforgettable experience. The entire space is absolutely stunning – every object and every piece of furniture was unique and beautifully selected. I honestly couldn’t decide what I loved the most; everything was simply perfect. The room was tastefully arranged, the décor was exceptional, and the door of our room was particularly beautiful – a true work of art that added charm and character. Before staying here, we had spent nights at two other riads that were not accessible by taxi. This riad was a big relief in that regard – it’s directly reachable by car, and the staff helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The driver picked us up right outside, helped with our luggage, and we paid only 100 dirhams – much less than what we paid for the taxi from the airport to the city. The entire riad was filled with the delicate scent of roses, creating a calming and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were outstanding – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. During check-in, one of the team members sat with us and shared stories about Marrakech and the riad, which made us feel immediately at home. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, which was beautifully set up . Ι truly don’t know what to praise first – it was one of the most beautiful and enjoyable places I’ve ever stayed in Highly recommended – a true gem in Marrakech.

The Riad is as described in many positive reviews and a charming place to stay. The main advantage is the personal attention of staff and by Fanny. It starts with the arrival. I strongly advise to use their transport service. The taxi drive will call the reception and you will be picked up by a team member at the meeting point and brought to the Riad. They are also helpful with whatever you need in Marrakech, from booking restaurants or hammams to taxis, even when you get lost somewhere in town. The Riad is in walking distance to many of the main attractions.

What a place! We were met with warmth and flexibility from when we stepped through the door. Riad has just been freshly renovated - high class all the way, and fantastic beds.. Beautiful rooms and lovely breakfast. A place for return to.

The Riad was beautiful, clean, quiet. Room was great, great shower, comfy bed. Staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful from arrival to departure.

One small thing was that the sound travels in the Riad, I was very concerned that my children were going to wake up the other guests. We had no complaints though!

Absolutely beautiful interior, comfortable beds and impeccably clean. We were greeted by warming smiles and a lovely smell of incense, as well as a pot of mint tea and biscuits. The taxi could drop us off right outside, but we were still in the hubbub of the Medina and just a 10 minute walk to the main square. The breakfasts were delicious and the dinner was the best food we ate in the whole of Marrakesh (and I’m fussy with good food). Everyone at Riad Dar Fanny were so helpful and kind, I can’t fault them at all. Thank you to all, we can’t wait to return.

The hosting by all the team at Dar Fanny was excellent, from arranging to collect us and our luggage in the Medina and taking us to the Riad, to arranging for our follow on journey. People have commented on the breakfasts which are superb, but the Riad is so much more than good food and service, the attention to detail on everything is exceptional, the care that Fanny has put into all the furniture and fittings, the ambiance throughout the day and then how this subtly changes with the candle lighting at night, it is a very special place, we loved it.

Bed was very firm but this might be the norm. Same experience at another Riad in Marrakech. The beatiful doors and inside window-shutters are not sound proof. Not a problem for us but if you need/want high privacy and quitness.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, big thanks from Sweden! :) Great breakfast and coffee that can be enjoyed on the roof terrace. Some mornings we even enjoyed company of small birds shirping charmingly. The Riad and our room looked newly renovated, a beautiful and clean place to stay.

Wonderful from start to finish. Staff were kind and conscientious about anything from local information to our son knocking rather loudly on the door at night! Breakfast was delicious and set us up well for the day. Rooms were clean and decor spot on. The roof terrace was a lovely, peaceful hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the medina.
