It's an older place, but well kept. t's a great budget option, so expect as such.

When you arrive, it's as if you are welcomed by family! I was greeted with so much care and attention. Redouane gave great recognition, made sure I got the correct address for the new bus station, and helped me with the local taxi app. If it wasn't for him, I would have definitely missed my bus and overpaid for a taxi. Great man and human being. The Riad is cozy and charming, well taken care of.

Some of the other guests were quite loud and talked till late in the night.

The owner is a welcoming and obliging person. He offered me tea on arrival. The Riad is in a good location and was reasonably priced. Breakfast was decent and only €3. My single room was fine for a solo traveller. I also had laundry service free of charge.

It’s a bit warm in the rooms and no AC or a fan so I would recommend at least a fan in the room especially in hot months as May to September.

The location is amazing in the old medina close to everything, few minutes walk to pretty much everywhere and easy to reach in a nice derb. The owner is so generous and hospitable. Redwan is a gentleman who respects his guests.

Sometimes noise from neighbours (hard to eliminate given the structure of the house and its location) Toilet smell and there's some mould. The small room is ... very small :))) but for a night or two should be fine.

Great stay at Riad Dar Al Manzah. Location great. Staff great, friendly, helpful. Safe overall. The room and amenities were clean. Great value for money.

The hosts are very kind and prepare a fresh breakfast every morning. The apartment is located in a quiet alley, not far from the Old Market. It was always clean and had a pleasant scent. Would recommend.

No windows in my room. There was the small high ceiling miniature window to allow a little light.

Easy, smooth and flexible check in and out. The guy working there is friendly and helpful. Great water pressure for the shower. I recommend this Riad.

Overcharged on city tax. It was only a few euros more, but . . . Also, I asked for breakfast and was happy to pay extra--but on one of three days it just never arrived.

You have to wait a while (about half a minute) to have hot water in the shower, but I think it is reasonable and acceptable. I arrived during Ramadan so no breakfast was provided, However, Redouane did recommend a restaurant nearby which provide delicious breakfast and brunch.

Warm welcome by the property owner Redouane when I arrived. The riad is beautiful, traditional (in Moroccan style) and comfort (with enough space). The bedroom, shared living areas and bathrooms are clean. All the necessities such as towel and slippery are provided. The location is good as it is quite close to the attrations, restaurants and shops. Redouane is very helpful, especially helping my trip go easier (e.g. transportation). I will definitely stay here if I visit Rabat again.
