The locks of the bathroom, the lock is only in the outside and since we came in a group, one of us need to lock the other inside the bathroom 😅 however, we managed and we think that it might just be how the way it was built.

The cleanliness and the rooms. Everything is clean and pleasing in the eye! The breakfast is SUPERB! The staff is very nice! Our stay is PERFECT!

The two boys who were in charge of the riad were extremely friendly and organised. Breakfast was served hot and fresh daily with a beautiful spread and set really pretty on the terrace. We were welcomed with tea which was so needed after a long day and the check in was smooth despite us being late and unable to inform the Riad. Genuinely the highest standards all round too numerous to mention and at such great value. I was able to give my dad a luxury birthday present on a budget.

It was cold in Marrakech when we were there and the heating in the room wouldn't stay on so we were cold most of the time we were there. While the shower had great pressure, it was really tough to control the temp. Minor detail...

The Riad Chic is very beautiful, clean and in central location. It exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with a morrocan tea and water. We arrived couple of hours early and as room was ready they let us in, that was no problem. The room was cleaned daily, it has a aircon/heater which was great in a colder January nights. Breakfasts were really tasty and fresh. Last but not least the staff. Yossef and team were super nice and helpful. There was no such thing they wouldnt do or offer. Yossefs english is very good so there is no problem in communication. Thanks a lot for a perfect stay.

Our ground floor room with pool view was not well isolated sound-wise and we could hear other guests walking, talking and flushing the toilet and vice versa which did not give us the feeling of privacy. Probably upper floor rooms are better in this matter.

Perfect location and cute design of the riad which makes the space super cosy. The owner and the staff were always there to help and the breakfast was tasty with wide selection and fresh orange juice every morning, served on the rooftop. Only 3 mins walk from the taxi drop off which is great in Medina. Many restaurants, shops and Spas nearby.

We really couldn’t fault the property although a toilet roll holder next to the toilet would be better than leaving the roll on top!

The Riad is in a fantastic spot, in with all the action but incredibly quiet. For us everything was within walking distance, the medina, souks, new town we enjoyed walking to. Should you not feel like walking taxis are available within a five minute walk from the Riad. The architecture in the Riad has been beautifully restored in a contemporary fashion. Rooms are simple but spotlessly clean. Egyptian cotton sheets which were changed daily by staff during our stay. The shower was piping hot and powerful! Towels were also changed daily. We had a late arrival and had arranged dinner with Hanna prior. My husband and I ordered a chicken and a beef tagine cooked by Fatima the chef and it was absolutely beautiful. Fatima’s breakfasts were exceptional, we thoroughly enjoyed waking up every morning! Fresh fruit, fresh eggs, fresh bread, freshly squeezed oranges and coffee, Fatima never failed to impress. Everything in the Riad exceeded expectations but the reason we were so impressed is by the Riad manager, Youssef. Youssef makes this Riad, he is polite, courteous and so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, his English is exceptional. He is 100% a star! 🤩 Thank you Youssef/Fatima for such a welcoming, wonderful stay, we will be back!
