Samar is a lovely person who helped us with everything we needed, we had a great time and were super comfortable. On the second day you know all the little streets that lead to the Ryad Bibtia and it is a very safe environment. Marta and Julia - June 2025

The host needs to correct their booking offer because my confirmation included free airport drop and collection, and late check out, but actually they charged €17 to collect us from the local coach station (much closer than the airport) and told us they rented the whole riad out to someone else the day we were supposed to have late check out...luckily they agreed to store our luggage at least. The other issue was that they cancelled an earlier stay we had booked there with only a weeks notice, so we had to find alternative accomodation for part of our trip, which was a bit stressful as many properties had sold out by then.

The location was great, the riad was nice, the breakfast was lovely and the wifi was fast. The host was helpful and carried our heavy suitcase up the stairs! It seems like an traditional old riad and we found the beds quite comfortable and it was easy to leave and return using the riad's main door key.

Not the ideal place if you are there at same time as other guests who are inconsiderate..rooms are all off a lovely courtyard but this means it can be noisy.

Some issues, such as water drainage in the bathroom, were not fixed, and it was also difficult to find the accommodation without assistance from the receptionist, who came to meet us. I recommend arranging with the receptionist in advance to guide you to the accommodation; otherwise, it’s nearly impossible to find it in the narrow alleys of the Marrakesh medina.

A very nice and traditional accommodation in the medina, right in the center of Marrakesh. Everything was close by, and the rooms were spacious and cozy. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The only bad thing was just the location of the room. We got a room at the groundfloor, right next to the stairs that take the guests to the first floor. This means that we heard every single movement. It would have been ok if people had respected resting times and made no noise at night, but that was not always the case. If you can, do stay at Bibtia, but ask for a room on the first floor :)

What an amazing staff we found at Bibtia! They are the true gem! Super helpful, always available to assist us - even when we were no longer staying there. The breakfust is quite good with msemen, bread, jams, eggs and a delicious orange juice - plus coffe and tea!

Between many similar hotels in terms of location and price I booked this one because it stated clearly that it includes free roundtrio transport to the airport. However, after being picked up from the airport and arriving at the hotel, I was asked to pay 15 euro x2 for the airport trips and dispite showing the reservation which says that the airport shuttle is included in the price for the room, the best I could get from them was a compromise "it's free just one way but you have to pay for the return". I felt like a fool. Moreover, when I told them that I have an early flight and asked how should I check out, a guy from the stuff told me "don't worry, I'll wake up at 5 if you leave at 5:30" but he wasn't there the next morning so I had to just leave the keys in the room not knowing if I proceeded correctly or not. They also don't speak english well so communication was difficult for me.

The location is great for shopping in the souks and the decorations of the riad, which is beautiful on the inside.

We didn't know that some rooms inside a riad would open indoors, and that there is no natural light inside. Sometimes the room got stuffy so we opened the window for the air quality to get better.

The location was amazing - right inside the medina. The balcony was great. The staff were super amazing. Mustafa, Sanaa, Mansoor, Khadija were all humble, kind and super helpful people who helped us with everything! They even prepared breakfast for us early morning outside of their usual breakfast times and also took care of our luggage for an extra day. We could mostly talk to Mustafa in English and he suggested a lot of tourist attractions around, and it was fun to talk to Mansoor and Sanaa using a mix of Genco and Arabic. Thank you everybody for this amazing stay.

The shower pressure could have been better.

Our room was lovely and we enjoyed breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful and came to meet us from the taxi drop off point (we opted for the transfer with the hotel - would recommend this, as the hotel can be hard to find on your own). Excellent value for money.
