The service and style of the Riad Azoulay was superb. We were well looked after from pre arrival to final departure. They booked high quality transfers and organised a great guide for a walking tour of the medina. And the food was delicious!

Perfect Riad away from the business of the city. Once you step through the doors you can’t tell you’re in the middle of a city. Spotlessly clean. Location is actually excellent, felt safe at night, walkable to main square and attractions. Staff were all great and welcoming Would highly reccomend to anyone visiting.

The Riad is beautiful, and the food (breakfast and dinner) is fantastic. However, the best feature of the Riad is the people at the reception. They were always available and open to provide recommendations. It was a wonderful service! I can not recommend enough.

Everything! Central but quiet, serene and peaceful atmosphere to relax in, stylish design and well decorated. Rooms comfortable and everything worked. Lots of small touches such as dates and water, small snacks. The staff very very warm and attentive, took care of all or needs including guide and transfers. 100% efficiency. Excellent breakfast and we enjoyed a great dinner at the property.

Everything was wonderful

Beautiful rooms and common areas, and staff that go the extra mile for their guests. One day we had lunch very late and were unable to find a light dinner in the Medina, but the staff prepared a small meal for us on very short notice. The rooftop and lobby of the Riad both provided a wonderful oasis amidst the frenzy of Marrakech. If you decide to dine at the Riad, you will not be disappointed - it is outstanding. And if you enjoy an occasional beer or glass of wine, both are available on the menu.

That our stay was so short!

We loved our stay! The property is amazing, the location is super central but the best part is definitely the staff! Polite, kind, engaging, super helpful! You can see that the team loves what they do and they do it impecably! We did the cooking workshop with the Chef and she was amazing! The Health pass is also one to go for! The Hamman experience was super relaxing! We absolutely loved all of it!

Nothing really, I'd only be picky in trying to find a fault, perhaps the hot water in the shower took quite a time to come through!.

Fabulous position, and very relaxing Riad, and it was also nice not to hear the calls for prayer early morning. The staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble and breakfast good. Our room was wonderful, large and comfortable. Nice terrace on top with sunbeds and areas to sit as well, all with mattresses and cushions.

Location is a bit sketchy at night, but they offer to accompany you if you want that. It’s easy to find at the end of the spice market on a side street.

Very welcoming staff that seemed to genuinely care about our well being. The reams are perfectly clean and provide many amenities. One of the best dinner experiences we’ve had in Morocco!

Riad Azoulay is amazing! From the minute you walk in the door you are met with chic decor in a very homely environment. The rooms are amazing, the staff are absolutely fabulous and they are so accommodating. Breakfast generally starts at eight but we had a lot of activities that started earlier and we were provided with breakfast before we left and welcomed back after our day out within enthusiasm suggestions on where to go for dinner. We were two girls on our own and we were given tips on how to manoeuvre around the souks ( which is not a problem) We had an amazing week in Marrakesh and staying here for made it absolutely perfect. Special shout out to Yassir, Khalif & Hassan and the whole team. Well done and see you soon!

Fabulous oasis like a gorgeous hidden gem inside the old souq Nothing was too much to ask Super friendly We had the suite Royal with our two teenage children they loved the mezzanine bed and we had a little sitting room too. Complimentary espresso coffee Lots of space. Walking distance to all main sites in Marrakesh. I would recommend booking pick up through the Riad as there is a distance that has to be walked (not much and they send staff out to meet you and carry luggage) as otherwise might be tricky to find.

We were happy we arranged pick up from the airport, because arriving without it might have been tricky - Riad is near the spice market, which is easy to navigate through once you know how (but if travelling alone we would have found it a bit daunting going through late at night when shut).

Such friendly staff in a beautiful setting. The courtyard area and rooftop were lovely areas to relax in, and the bedroom was spacious and well decorated.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms were large and cleaned daily and the beds were very comfy. Good location and could walk to all the attractions. Staff were helpful with local recommendations and the dinner at the Riad was fantastic

- As the Riad is right in the Medina, it means that transport cannot reach it directly - we had not realised this. The first walk from the taxi drop of point to the Riad through the busy souks was quite an experience, avoiding motorbikes, and pushing through the crowds (although the Riad sent a man with a cart to carry the bags). After a day we were able to navigate the souks much more easily, but it was a bit of a shock on arrival. This is more of a heads up to other visitors than a negative point. It was still much better than staying in a chain hotel outside the medina! - Water in the shower was cold. Not a big issue as it was refreshing.

Excellent quiet retreat from a very busy city. Staff and service very good. Was safe and familial enough to leave our young teens there alone for a few hours and know that if anything happened they would be taken care of. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of the riad is through the spice market.The arrival after a day of travel was….overwhelming.Took us a day to get used to go through that twice a day.

A comfortable and relaxed family trip for us.Extremely friendly and helpful staff, ready to oblige any request, including a call from outside La Majorelle ,when we couldn’t book the tickets on line and the guys at the reception did it for us in ten minutes.Yaseer was was helpful with information .
